This Ruvati sink is the bomb!! I had a 1959 cast iron sink for almost 25 years ... imagine the difference this gorgeous sink made! I paired it with a restaurant quality faucet (large and functional) and Im on my way to a chefs kitchen =) It goes well with my Subzero stainless fridge and my wonderful Miele stainless dishwasher. The quality of this Ruvati sink surprised me at first ... the 16 gauge steel is very sturdy. The handyman that installed it for me (20 minute install) was so impressed with the quality that he asked me for the information to purchase one for himself. He didnt believe me when I told him how much it cost (he thought it would have been 3 times what I paid). Ive been using my Ruvati for the past few months and I have no complaints. The included rack for the bottom is attractive and sturdy (just like the sink). The sink is easy to keep clean and shows little to no water drop stains (low to no maintenance!) I would recommend this sink to any and everyone ... it is perfection!

Incredibly study and good-looking sink, an excellent value. However must knock a star off for the reason most people are complaining - the back mounting clips. They clips are designed to rest against the sink as they tighten, however this doesn’t happen in the back, where there is more space due to the faucet. I had to put small metal blocks between the faucet and the mounting screw to make the sink sit tightly against the countertop, otherwise there was a gap and wobbling when using the faucet. When contacting Ruvati, they said placing wood to rear against the screws was one solution, however I feel that there should not be any DIY aspect during sink installation. I consider this a flaw in design. Silicon adhesive by itself was not enough to have the sink sit flat against the countertop. Only other problem is food and water will not drain from all parts of the sink, but not sure other sinks like this are any better. Overall, happy but they should really consider a better mounting clip

Please note because this sink is a huge tank like box make sure widening your opening will not cause problems and you are set. Our previous sink had curved corners so we needed a small amount of granite removed. I used a 25 dollar grinder disc and removed about a bottle cap and now it fits like a champ. We went from a dual sink to this and we could not be happier. It arrived in perfect condition and it is SOLID! You have to realize this is commercial grade and being 10 inches deep and more flat than curved water will collect. We have a 10 squeegee that takes less than 10 seconds to remove all water, and a small tub if we ever want to have a soak area. The rack provides plenty of room to let things air dry. We also bought the Delta Faucet 9178-AR-DST Leland Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet with Magnetic Docking, Arctic Stainless and they work perfectly together just remember to never spray above the top of the sink!

It’s the best sink value available on the market today! I fully expect the price of this sink to go up very soon. It’s deep 9 3/4”, very convenient to use and built with high quality thick 16-gauge material. It also has excellent countertop clamps, but they’re a bit challenging to install. The drain accessory for most folks may be unnecessary since most of these sinks will be installed with a disposer unit. Would be nice if the company sells them as an accessory to reduce the overall unit cost. The added mesh accessory is nice and useful. This sink easily beats the likes of Kohler, other expensive name brands. Overall a great purchase and fast delivery by Amazon!

We ordered this particular Ruvati single bowl sink after looking through quite a few options all over the internet and in stores. This one appeared very stylish and well-made. The price was very reasonable too. And it was exactly what we wanted. The sink looks even better in real life. High quality stainless steel combined with contemporary style make it a perfect fit for our kitchen. We have been using it for a couple of months now and I should say that it is also very easy to maintain. It didnt lose color and didnt get any stains or scratches. Love it!!! Also, I should mention that it arrived very fast and in a very nice solid box to prevent any damage during shipping. I absolutely recommend it to everybody. Great product!

Usually I dont write reviews because I buy too many things and dont really have time to write reviews for everything, but for this kitchen sink was necessary to find time. I was a little scare to order the sink online thinking about how careless sometimes UPS delivery guys are and I didnt want to deal with having to return it. When I saw the delivery guy getting the box out of the truck I was suffering because the box didnt look in very good shape and the delivery guy was having no mercy lol, but once I open the first box I was really impressed of how WELL packed it was, even falling from a fifth floor would of have been in perfect condition. The sink is way better than what I was expecting, super good quality and very elegant and also easy to install. I am very happy with this Ruvati purchase, quality, elegance and a fair price all in one. If you are looking for a kitchen sink buy Ruvati and you will be as happy as I am. I 100% recommend this sink and I will give 20 starts if possible.

Unboxing this sink was a treat, it was like an Apple unboxing. :) The box is huge and marked on the putside, but then there is an inside box that is well padded and the sink is then inside a black fabric bag. Installation was a cinch as we were replacing an old two basin 8 deep sink. I did have to saw out the corners as they were curved and not squared. Sink clips were actually not a problem of three of the sides, but the rear clips didnt make great contact for me. I am going to try and get something together to help them clamp down properly. Also, only 2 clips per side, but I feel that the rear (where the faucet goes) could use a couple more to prevent flexing from tall faucets/sprayers. I specifically looked for 16ga sinks to try and alleviate this flexing, but since our faucet is 28 at the peak it still can flex when trying to spray out the far corners. Drain, strainer, and plug are included and look very nice and thought out. We have a disposal so we arent using it. Three of the 4 holes came with plugs that match the sink. Yes, it is expensive compared to some other single basin sinks, but the heavy gauge, clean construction, and attention to detail are hard to beat.

My first clue was the packaging. Double boxed with lots of molded foam all around each box. Second was the silky nylon draw-string bag the actual sink was in (to avoid scratches, I presume). The sink itself is heavy duty stainless steel with sound deadening pads on all sides and bottom. Beautiful fit and finish. Love the (almost) flat bottom - big items dont teeter around. Itll hold an entire half of my BBQ grill grate for soaking and have room left over for the tools! We dont have the drainage problems that others have mentioned - its almost flat on the bottom but we mounted the counter top with a slight slope to the rear and only occasionally have to push a little water to the drain with a sponge. The large strainer drain is a bonus as is the stainless steel rack - which keeps large heavy items from dinging the sink AND functions as an ideal drying rack! The only negative is the counter top clamping system. No instructions were included as to how to install them and once we figured it out, upon tightening, they tilted until the heads of the tightening screws were jammed against the sink sides and we couldnt get a wrench on them. Ended up with some wooden shims to keep them vertical. Its a large sink - space around it under the cabinet is limited - and I would recommend installing it in the countertop first before dropping the top on the cabinets. You really only need 4 to 6 or so of the clamps (it has 12) - we set our sink in a big wad of Plumbers Putty and its not moved With the above caveats, I would recommend to anyone!

Best decision ever! Giant sink, easy to clean (assuming you clean your sink regularly, as I cannot comment on how easy it is to get goo out of the corners if you leave it until filthy). I say that because I was worried about the zero radius corners, reading all sorts of nonsense online about using q-tips and other nonsense. Not a problem- no q-tips used here! It’s installed in a 36 inch corner cabinet. Fitted our old Insinkerator, and the four holes allowed for our RO filter faucet, dishwasher air-gap, soap dispenser and faucet. We used the Forius faucet, which has a lot of pressure to reach all sides/edges. We are going to add a reducer to bring the gpm to 1.5 to the faucet shortly, because it’s too much spray in the spray mode and we are in California, which requires a lower gpm. One thing though- It was harder to clean before we used Gel Gloss kitchen and bath polish (available at many hardware stores in their cleaning section). It smooths down the ridges in the stainless, fills the pore and helps the water bead and run down in the almost flat bottom of the sink. It’s the kitchen safe version of Rainx. The flatness of a zero radius sink bottom is the other reason to have a more forceful spray on the faucet. After a few weeks of using the polish, the sink is smoother and easier to clean. The edges of this drop-in sink are raised, but wipe down easily. I like the raised edges better because I can manage how wet the caulking gets and reduce mold formation. Every undermount sink has black mold in the caulking and it’s difficult to replace the caulking when that happens a few years down the road. This sink sealed well to our Corian countertop and only required a thin layer of clear caulk to seal well. Installation is okay- there are clips all around the sink. The back has stabilizing pieces that will require a little fussing to get it to sit flush all around. It is very secure and sufficiently insulated that it is not loud and clanging when you move things around. The rack helped that too and to reduce scratches. It looks better (fewer scratches, and easier to clean) than our friend’s much more expensive sink with all the attachments. We use a silicone rack sometimes, but do not miss the integrated items from using her sink. We have had ours for a few months now, and it has been an amazing change from our too tight enameled cast iron sink that stained every time we put a pot in it. It’s so big that I do not mind washing dishes in the sink! Best sink I have ever had/used.

I was a bit skeptical to purchase a sink online. I buy many things online but its mainly clothes, shoes etc. things that are really easy to return or carry to the store. The thought of not liking the sink crossed my mind before I ordered it and having to Re-package and ship it out made me really doubt if it was a good idea to buy it online. But I started reading the reviews and most of them were skeptics like me. They all said they were extremely happy that they took a chance on this sink because it was beautiful, high quality and an amazing value. I figured thousands of people couldnt be wrong. So I took a chance myself! Im so happy and delighted that I took a chance because this sink is really gorgeous. As soon as I tried to take it out of the box I knew I was going to need help because its heavy and that shows a lot of quality. My 2 sided sink was only 8 inches deep and now with no division and 10 inches deep it makes a world of a difference. The quality and design are superb and the sleek lines and thin edges make every corner count. I pile my dishes all day long including my blender, pans, pots and this sink holds it all. I definetly can say I love washing my dishes in this sink and everyone that comes over to my house wants to use it because they like it so much. This sink definitely gave me more than just space it revamped my whole kitchen setting. My kitchen looks updated and fresh! If youre hesitating like I was please take a chance you wont regret it!
