> 3 dayI purchased the safety latch for my vehicle for my special needs grandson, who can unlock his seat beat and this scared me terrible, so when I found the seat belt latch I was very excited. I purchased one for me and one for his parents.

> 3 dayOne buckle safe we ordered had a knob on it. It did not work well with other buckles that were close to one another. After riding this one it was convenient, easy and worked ok all the buckles Instead of one. Which allowed our son to choose which seat, over limiting his seating in the car!

> 3 dayI got this to keep my 3 year old in his carseat. Also because in the description it states for special needs kids. This would be exactly what Im wanting if he was in a booster seat but because the buckle has a button on the front and not the top this will not work until hes older.

> 3 dayThis product is a great solution for keeping our special-needs child buckled in when were driving in the car. It works great with standard-size seatbelts. My SUV has Fords new air-bag inflatable seat belts in the middle row that has a larger than standard buckle. I unfortunately havent found a lock that will fit those buckles, but this works great in my wifes car or if we use it in the 3rd row of my car which has standard seat belts. You just have to be careful what theyre holding while theyre buckled in as my child has found out how to unbuckle using objects like sun glasses or small toys.

> 3 dayHalf the price as options on the autism sites and works great, as long as you make sure your kid isn’t playing with anything small enough to go into the key hole, cause after a couple times of seeing you take it off they figure out they can poke some things in there to pop it off too LOL, little stinkers.

> 3 dayI am using this item to secure my dogs car seat/booster seat. The lap belt of my rear seat hooks into her car seat. I liked that I could actually lock the belt nice and tight so in case of an accident, her seat would be as immobile as possible. This way, in an accident, I know the lap belt is locked, and I dont have to depend on seat belt locking itself.l Also, the lock mechanism for the belt release button is also handy in case I am in the back seat, wrangling groceries and packages, and accidentally hit the belt release buttons. This is a great invention, and I wish I would have found it when caring for my grandfather who had dementia. I cant tell you how many times I would slow down the car to park, and he would be releasing his seat belt and trying to get out of a still moving car. I did have a little trouble getting the belt locking clip on my seatbelt. (I have a 2018 or 2019 Buick Encore). I took a little trial and error, but after about 5 minutes, I locked it where I wanted it.

> 3 dayI read the reviews and saw one that said the buckle cover fits Chrysler Pacifica belts. It does not work on my 2021.

> 3 dayWhen we made the switch to a booster seat my son would not leave the seatbelt on. The minute I put the car in drive he’d unlatch the belt. Not anymore! Just be sure to keep toys with tails away as they will figure out how to push the button. Other than that this is a life saver! I’m buying another for my older daughter just because her brother now tries to unbuckle her.

> 3 dayWe have a boy who has sensory issues and ADHD. He fidgets a lot and we have had issues with him unbuckling in the car. This is super easy to put on and prevents him from unbuckling. Its easy for us to use the car key to unbuckle him when we arrive. The only thing I can think of to make it better would be if the buckle guard had something that would keep it from falling of the seat belt when you unbuckle. It falls off easily and I dont want to lose it.
