> 3 dayThis seat belt protector is a must to have for safety for youre childs seat. Usually kids like to unbukle the belt and play around and this protector prevents them from doing that. Its great and easy to use.

> 3 dayI absolutely recommend this to anyone who has a toddler that likes to unbuckle . There is no way it can be undone without a key or small thin object to put down in the hole to push the button. I use it to buckle the car seat in the car.

> 3 dayOkay, this does solve my biggest problem which is my SN twins unbuckling themselves. That being said the clamp thing that is supposed to go around the actual seat belt - useless. I dont know if they are unaware of the thickness of a seat belt but there is no way that it will close around the cloth portion of a seat belt. No way. I tried it, my dad tried it and my brother, who is very strong, tried it. None of us could squeeze it tight enough to get it even close to closing. BUT I am giving the set 4 stars because the other part is WONDERFUL!! Easy to use and they are unable to unbuckle themselves. No big deal for me to use a key to unbuckle through the guard when I want to get them out. I will say that I keep a seat belt cutter in my center console just in case of emergencies. Now I just have to solve the problem of them sliding out from the bottom of the seat belt...ugh.

> 3 dayHalf the price as options on the autism sites and works great, as long as you make sure your kid isn’t playing with anything small enough to go into the key hole, cause after a couple times of seeing you take it off they figure out they can poke some things in there to pop it off too LOL, little stinkers.

Greater than one weekFor 20+ years, from the time our profoundly cognitively impaired son outgrew his car-seat, weve been dealing with awkward and expensive harness systems. For all his impairments, undoing a seat belt seemed to come naturally to him. Hes 29 now, and the Mama is not a spring chicken anymore: it was getting really challenging to deal with the harness on a 61 young man. I saw this gizmo, and for $12, I thought Id give it a try. And it works!! A little awkward putting it on the seat belt receptacle the first time with him helping me with the seatbelt, but once I got him to leave it alone, it was easy as pie. We love this thing! Just bought another one for when we inevitably lose it somewhere. I want to have one always at the ready.

> 3 dayI like that when it works IT WORKS!! My son hates this thing, because he knows he’s stuck when we use it! My son is 7, autistic, and VERY STRONG. He’s been unbuckling himself causing a very unsafe situation for over a month.. and I’m very glad to have found this!

> 3 dayI actually bought this for my mother who has Alzheimer’s and it works perfect she was doing the same as a very active young toddler might with taking the seatbelt off (while I was driving) I kept pulling over to the side of the road to put it back on and she would snatch it out again so this solved that issue and safety is of no concern now! Easy to use no gimmicks easy to takeoff!

> 3 dayThis product does not interfere with the seatbelt safety at all. It fits easily over the buckle receiver and the buckle goes into a slot that is plenty large enough. It is easy enough to unbuckle using a car, house, or other key inserted into a slot that covers the release button for the buckle. My child was not able to unbuckle herself, which kept her safe. We have used this on several car rides since receiving it.
