Drive has been in service less than 24 hours, but so far it has proven to be an excellent choice.

This is an easy review. This may be the best sata ssd before going m.2. Its fast, and reliable.

I had someone migrate my files over so I could have more storage. 2TB seemed likeit shoulde beenough. But Windws 10 flags i at 238 GB, which is not nearly enough and not even close to what I thought I was buying. Now Im stuck since Im quarantined and cant have someone migrate the data and insall a better unit.

I recommend this drive for daily use ,if you dont like to depend on second storage like ms one drive or backup drives you cant go wrong with samsung 4tb qvo ,Im a heavy user and this is my 3rd ssd and the 2nd samsung ssd so I know how the evo series performs compares to the qvo, if you just like me who owns evo 850 ssd and hesitate to buy the new qvo 860 ssd there is no need for that , you cant go wrong with it ; I have a windows 10 gaming PC and heavy duty windows 10 notebook and two xbox one consoles , this drive works perfectly on the xbox one x if you dont want to deal with long time to load large games, it happens to me most of the time especially if you are grown man with wife and kids you want to play something simple for your little time , for this drive IT DOESNT MATTER if its a small 200 MB indie game or a large 200 GB game ,they all works the same. Im aware of bad reviews especially with the 4tb version, bear in mind these are older reviews, mine manufactured in March 2019 and have no issues with it.

First SSD for home use; using it to store media now and working fine. Plan is to use it as a boot device, so will update when I do. Great price!

This thing is awesome. I turned off my desktop, unplugged the optical drive that doesnt work, plugged this in, cloned my HDD onto it, configured the boot menu in the BIOS to use this to boot first, and now my old PC works great. If you clone your drive, youll need to adjust the partition if this drive is bigger than your old one. This drive is smaller than the old 3.5 inch floppy discs and it holds a lot more data. Good buy.

It’s a fine drive until it’s not. After a while it slowed down incredibly I mean I’m talking to 18mbs slow.

I bought this SSD to replace my Orignal HDD I didn`t expect that it will be easy to install especially the apps, the tool which Samsung is providing for moving the data from the OLD Hard Desk to this SSD is very easy to use. I recommend this SSD big time
