I have an older computer. It was slow until I swapped out my old hard drive for the SD. The SD was easy to install. My computers performance has increased by three! Love it!

It was like my laptop was on steroids. Used the SSD to replace Windows disk C. Boots/reboots, hibernates, and shutdowns were faster. Applications load faster. Disk intensive applications do everything faster. Can now run a virus scan in parallel with doing normal work. Used AOMEI to create image of hard-drive and transfer image to this SSD. Also used a Sabrent USB 3.0 to SSD / 2.5-Inch SATA I/II/III Hard Drive Adapter (EC-SSHD) to create the new disk C. Swapped old hard drive and SSD, system booted and has operated for months without incident.

With modern games storage space and read speed is important. Once the game is installed, writes usually arent as frequent, so saving a few $$ with the QVO makes sense. I bought this to replace a 500G SSD game drive that was filling up. Samsung hasnt disappointed me yet, Ive bought NVME and 2.5 SSDs drives from them and so far have been happy.
