This thing is awesome. I turned off my desktop, unplugged the optical drive that doesnt work, plugged this in, cloned my HDD onto it, configured the boot menu in the BIOS to use this to boot first, and now my old PC works great. If you clone your drive, youll need to adjust the partition if this drive is bigger than your old one. This drive is smaller than the old 3.5 inch floppy discs and it holds a lot more data. Good buy.

Fast and reliable. Samsung SSD are some of the best if not the best for reliability. This is my second Samsung SSD, upgrading from 500 GB to 1 TB.

Replaced my 256gb HDD for this 1tb SSD and boy are things much faster. 1tb is more than ill ever need but its nice to know I can load this thing with vacation pictures and videos and it wont even dent the capacity.
