Dropped this drive in an older laptop and now it boots like a beast. I purchased based on other peoples reviews and they were spot on. Small investment and a few hours to reinstall Windows and I am good for a few more years. Could have went with no name drive, but I have always been happy with Samsung electronics and worth a few bucks more for peace of mind on the data stored.
