Easy to upgrade... best thing one can do to increase laptop performance (after adding sufficient DRAM). Mis-delivered - but USPS found it quickly and got to me.

The package came early this evening and within 20 minutes after downloading and installing Samsung Magician s/w, my pc was open, the drive was placed in the carriage I also purchased, turned the pc back on and started the Samsung Magician. An hour later, my 1 TB mechanical Seagate hard drive was cloned to my new SSDD. After shutting down and disconnecting my Seagate drive, the PC booted significantly faster.

There in nothing for dislike... Excellent word is not enough....

My HDD was dying, and I used this as a replacement. I downloaded the free Samsung data migration tool, and it worked flawlessly. In an hour I had installed the new drive, cloned the old drive, and had my machine running off the SSD. Performance - especially boot time - is hugely improved.

It’s really good at storing stuff

I had this in my daughters PC. She played maybe 30 minutes a day on it for about a year on average. Its 100% dead now. I have 3rd party ssds that are years old and still working. Id buy something cheaper if you are on the fence. Mind you, this happens out of warranty of course.

With the provided software it’s no trouble moving data from a hard drive to the SSD. Even a 90 yo can do it.

Installation facile avec un minimum de connaissance, quelques vidéo peuvent aidé au besoin. Améliore de beaucoup les performances comparer au disque dur standard. Jaurais dus le faire il y a longtemps !
