I tried to clone an ssd when adding this to my pc and was unable to get the provided software to work. I waited on hold for over an hour 3 separate times to get help and each time got nothing from the support rep. This should have been simple, but they provide no customer support for this type of product.

I recently purchased a Dell XPS 9370 and had no issues with performance or running general tasks on it. However, I noticed when writing to the drive, it was delivering underwhelming speeds and I needed something faster. I did some research and found that Samsung makes some of the fastest ssds, so I took the chance.

Samsung may deny the SSD warranty if the retailer is unofficial, like this one.

I wanted to add more storage to my system, so I bought this for my second M2 slot. I have an MSI X570 Gaming Edge Wifi MB. Already have the 1 TB version of this in my first M2 slot (using as my boot drive) and its worked perfectly for over a year now.

Make sure your motherboard supports M2 at 2x or faster otherwise buy an M2 expansion card and plug it in your PCIE port
