This is a nice tablet. It boots up fairly quickly, the battery life is good, the charging time is reasonable. The screen is very clear and the sound is very good for such small speakers. Once you configure it, it connects automatically to wifi and to your Google Drive or Microsoft Onedrive accounts. Updates to the operating system are provided automatically. Now for the caveats.

The tablet is nice and responsive although the bezel is so thin it has problems with fingerprint recognition. Samsung loads up the table with a large amount of bloatware some of which cant be installed. Microsoft OneDrive? No, thanks. I have Google Drive. Samsung Gallery? No thanks, I have Google Photos. Samsung Internet Browser? No thanks but at least I can uninstall that. Samsung Notes, Samsung Clock... seriously? Why cant I just get a basic tablet and let me install the Android apps I want. This thing is worse than an iPhone with all the locked down crap on it. Ive spent close to 90 minutes with a Samsung rep remoted in and giving me bad information. (example: steps on how to delete Samsung Cloud storage when I am specifically asking how to disable the Samsung Cloud app) Save yourself some aggravation and just get one of the other brands of tablet.

Samsung locked me out of my old Samsung account. They require 2 step verification even from old devices from long ago that you dont own anymore. I guess they dont want old customers coming back. Message received, Samsung.

This tablet out performs my old Samsung tablet by far. It arrived quickly and it was very easy to set up. I really like the stylus that comes with it. The only complaint I have is that it did not come with a charging cord....just a data transfer cord. Plenty of storage and handles 3 users easily.

This is as good an android tablet as you can get. The pen is magnificent, design excellent, and user interface, awesome. I highly recommend this device.

Value for money. Crystal clear display. Fast and responsive. Writing with the S-pen feels on screen feels like writing on a book.

So Ive had my new Samsung S8 Tablet for three days and I love it. Ive had a Galaxy Phone for years. My current model is a S22. I was impressd at how easily it copied the Apps and settings from my phone to the tablet. Iv had a Kindle fire for years which Ive grown to like less as Amazon in their wisdom have made the UI more cryptic. Now I have the same UI on both my phone and tablet.

I have no idea how this got such great reviews for use as a student. Ive been using it in college since December and cannot say enough bad about it. Most programs I need for school arent supported, the Office apps are all in a mobile mode that is all but impossible to use, tons of apps that are supported dont work, no access to all features on zoom while in class, the list goes on and on. If it dies there are major charging issues where it wont respond to changing at all FOR DAYS and you have to tap it (literally hit it) all over to get it to register charging. PLEASE save yourself the hours of frustration and get a surface or something instead.

This tablet serves its purpose. U bought it for personal reasons and so far it has achieved the intended use needed. I havent had it long enough to give a full detailed review so I will come later and give another one.

This tablet can very easily replace my laptop for 99% of my needs. The portfolio case with built-in keyboard is a must! The common shortcuts like cut, copy,paste is exactly the same as a PC. Alt-tab is very helpful for closing apps that stay open. Battery life is what to be expected because I use the hell out of it. Cant give amount of hours because I do not keep track of it. Sound quality is excellent for my ears! This replaced my Note Pro tablet which I was very happy with but there is no comparison with this machine. The picture and screen quality is great. I did a ZOOM call and the other side was amazed at how clear I looked. They were able to read a document I put in front of the front facing camera. I am overall completely satisfied with this tablet.
