I purchased this after owning an iPad. This is not my first android tablet but definitely my favorite. I love the s-pen and writing experience. Ive also enjoy digital planning on samsung note and noteshelf. I plan to use this a great deal for work, mainly for taking notes during meetings.

Exceptional Quality

I have been saving for a new samsung tablet for a while now. Finally had enough to purchase one. Love my tablet! My old samsung lasted a long time so I hope this one will to. The only thing I dont like is they dont come with the adapter for plugging in. I contacted samsung and they didnt have any available till July. So I had to purchase a new cord to fit my old adapter. For the amount that we pay for the tablet they should supply the adapter for it.

It is missing parts

My husband and I each owned twin Samsung tablets a few years back. There came a time when we stopped getting android OS updates to the tablets. This made our tablets more and more useless as apps were developed for newer versions of Android, rendering our tablets a couple of bricks after about 3 years.

3g to 8g .... huge improvement in speed! Sorry but I had to purchase from wally as they delivered it in 2 days as opposed to 10 days on prime. But I did order the case from ghe bigA. :D

Im not a tablet guy. I prefer laptops, but my daughter found that her Lenovo Flex 5i Chromebook didnt have all the options for Tiktok, and I indulged her with this tablet. Because I have an Android phone and this tablet runs on Android, Im very familiar with the system. Set-up only took ten minutes. I put on both my Google account and my daughters. The screen looks great, the swiping on the screen works like my Samsung phone, the speakers sound good, and the tablet offers better value than the pricier iPad Air in terms of power, and included stylus. We put the protective screen cover on it and thats a good thing because after using it for 10 minutes, my daughter dropped it, split the screen cover and fortunately the actual device was unharmed. It is a must that you put a rugged case and screen cover on the Galaxy tablet. It is slippery in your hand and you will inevitably drop it. For this reason, for children and teens, I recommend you get a good Chromebook like the Lenovo Flex 5i or the Acer Spin 713 or Spin 714. I find it is more rugged, can be used as both a tablet and a laptop, and gets 7 years of updates. I believe this Galaxy only gets 4 years of updates. But if you insist on the tablet experience, I can give this Galaxy Tab S8, 5 stars.

I just received this item. This is my third Samsung tablet. This is the first tablet I have ever received that did not come with a charger. It comes with a usb-c to usb-c cable, but no adapter. I dont have a usb-c adapter. Seriously, I spent around $700 for a tablet that doesnt come with a charger? You have to go to the Samsung website and spend an additional $35 to get the adapter so you can use the charging cord they provided.
