> 3 dayI primarily purchased the tablet for its portability. I move it near the stove to reference a new recipe. I prop it at the table to watch a movie while I process vegetables from my garden. I keep at my work desk to stream music and watch YT videos while working from home. If the weather ever cooperates, I will take it camping for sleeping bag movie time. I love that I can sync it with my Samsung galaxy phone and use it to make and receive calls. I purchased a separate adapter so I can use wired headphones if I want. Love the tablet and would purchase again.

> 3 dayThis tablet is very powerful and works well with all my apps. I was having some problems with games crashing on my Galaxy A7 but those games perform perfectly on this tablet. The screen is crisp and bright and the camera is awesome.

> 3 dayThe tablet: This is a good performing tablet with a great display and good audio. The S-Pen writes and functions very well but does not hold a charge as long as it should. The charging connection for the pen is on the back of the tablet and does not provide a secure connection when the tablet is being transported. The pen can be secured in the Samsung keyboard/case but the pen will not charge when in the case. It is slightly smaller and more convenient than the Surface 8 Pro that I use for work, with slightly less performance. The features and design is not as good as the Surface, but for the right price that is an acceptable trade off.

Greater than one weekMy poor old Samsung Tab A8 was getting old. It was also very slow. This new S8 is incredibly fast and outperforms my PC using an emulator for Android games. I was impressed. Im disappointed that Samsung is cheap and doesnt include a power plug. They only include an USB C to USB C cable. That meant an unexpected trip to Best Buy to find something quick to keep me going. I mean, come on..how hard would it be to just include that little power brick in the box? Still getting the feel of the tablet. I tend to have the tablet resting on my chest as I watch TV. I dont like that it bumps the bottom lip of the tablet and takes me out of my app. Other than that, I cant complain. I added in another 32 gig flash card but it really didnt need it since it has 256 gig of onboard storage. Should last me a long time. The stylis was a nice addition from my A8 since my fingers are larger.

> 3 dayI was going to get the Ultra but decided to go with the Plus and trade up to the next gen Ultra when they come out. Although I may not do that now. This is the perfect size for travel. Amazing screen. Not a ton of bloatware. Really happy with this tablet!

> 3 dayGreat for playing movies on Netflix. Decent sound. Display on YouTube and personal files can be terrible when they are fine on my Google Pixel or Samsung Galaxy phones. Really horrible for renaming, moving or deleting files. Just abominable. Constantly crashes.

> 3 dayAll I can say is wow. This tablet is a beast. From the display, to the processing power, to the S Pen and dont forget about Samsung Dex. This tablet is replacing an old desktop computer and I couldnt be happier. Anyone on the fence about it, go ahead and make a purchase.
