> 3 dayI like all the features especially the fast processor getting it up and running. I use it with the keyboard cover/stand to conveniently stand it on a table to read from my Kindle app. Its easier to type from the keyboard than the Samsung screen keyboard. Answering my Email and researching a Motorhome to buy is much easier with the stand and keyboard. I have Arthritis in my arms and wrists so it is easier on them too not to have to hold the device.

> 3 dayI own three earlier versions of the Galaxy Tab S-series tablets. When I retired from my in career in IT I got rid of my PCs and switched to a tablet. The S-series tablets handle everything I need in retirement. E-mail, word processing, spreadsheets, on-line banking, etc. are all well covered on the platform. And the S-series tablets are best of breed.

Greater than one weekThis tablet works great. My problems with it are the extermely glossy screen and the weight. Unfortunately no one makes a decent 8 inch ANdroid tablet anymore so I got this. For use inside it is very functional and powerful. Outside it is very difficult to read the screen.

> 3 dayIm hooked. So much easier to break this out and use for email, web browsing, etc. Battery life is phenomenal, but I dont use for videos or movies. The pen works great and with the keyboard cover it feels more secure.

Greater than one weekI purchased this tablet because I thought having a big screen tablet would be cool and the specs of this tablet were beyond awesome. However, I am in the middle of returning it and Ill tell you why.

> 3 dayWhat I really wanted was a Samsung Galaxy Tablet S6. Samsung doesnt sell them anymore. You cant buy them anymore at any major electronics retailers. The only ones you can find on Amazon are refurbished. Many of them are refurbished by 3rd party refurbishers. Not by Samsung. I bought this Samsung Galaxy Tablet S8 as a comprise since it is the lightest and has the smallest screen of the S8 series. The S6 is 10 inches. The S8 is 11 inches. I figured that 1 inch wouldnt make that much of a difference. I was wrong. 1 inch makes a big difference. The tablet is as advertised and works great. Its noticeably larger than my S6 Lite that I also bought as a compromise because of the S6 not being sold by Samsung. The thing looks huge compared to my S6 Lite. I feal like Im carrying around a FFFFing plasma screen TV. It is noticeably large when seen at my desk. It feels strange carrying around because its noticeably larger than my S6 Lite which is barely noticeable. When I use it in public looks like Im holding up a large screen.
