Theyre a bit expensive but at the same time I think youre investing in a quality drive. No problem recording 12-bit RAW video and then editing it directly off the drive. The size of things things is tiny and they really just make my life a lot easier.

I plugged this into my Mac, formatted it to fat32, turned on time machine and now have a full backup of my Mac. Dont know why some Mac users are having an issue. Worked flawlessly for me. Maybe they didnt format it.

Getting incredible data transfer rates, drive came with usb 3.0 to usb c as well as a usb c to usb c and Im getting 500mb/sec transfer rates using usb c. Super happy with it!
