> 3 dayI now own four of these of different capacity. I had been using WD MyPassport devices for my back-up, but for some reason the WD backup software no longer functions with Windows 10. I wish the Samsung drives had backup software installed, but they work fine with both Windows FileHistory and Windows legacy backup program. These are much smaller and faster than the WD spinning drives and are now priced at a reasonable level. Highly recommend.

Greater than one weekWow! Couldnt be happier. Rapid & portable. Perfect for travel. For someone who has a habit of dropping chunky hard disks & losing data, this is the perfect solution.

18-11-2024Ive bought several of these and use them for routine data transfers and backups. Theyre small and power adequately with the included USB or USB C cable. Theyre built well and would recommend them as a backup solution. They also have impressive read and write speeds that could be limited by the workstation you use. Make sure youre on a USB C or a 3.1 to maximize peformance.

> 3 dayi used the ssd to replace my other hard drive which died and this is fast, and very tiny. I like how you just plug in to a usb and no other power required. its enough space for pictures and videos. I do recommend this drive. Transferring speed is fast also.

> 3 dayI have a couple of these that I use as edit drives in Final Cut Pro. I shoot in 4K and edit to 1080p. These drives perform as well as any other SSD drive I use.
