Unit did not work as described. Transfer rate on my MAC was less between .1 and .4MBS, not the over 500MBS. Customer support had me try different cables and we couldnt even run a speed test as my computer would not recognize the T-5. After fooling around for an hour with tech support, they hung up on me.

It does not work with Mac OS, the latest 1.6.3 upgrade from Samsung does not run either on the desk to, lap top or iPad it just stalls it’s an utter disaster and no one to turn to

Very fast, light weight, very thin, and great build quality.

Faster than HDD, small, light weight

The USB cables are quite short so I must put the drive right on top of the desktop; the cable will not reach the keyboard or the top of my desk. I use this as a backup drive and every few weeks I back up top-level folders that have changed. I did not use the Samsung software.

SSD is perfect, majr issue occurs when trying to register device. Samsung will not accept model # on the SSD

I own three of these and use them as time-machine backup drives on Macs. They work fine.

I have two of these units and they both work great!

This is very handy. I store VMs on it and have even run them off of it without too much noticeably different than using the local hard drive. Its a good buy too.

It stopped working
