> 24 hourBought this hard drive cuz it was realtively cheap and compact, and I totally regret it. This hard drive has not only crashed on me MULTIPLE times, but at the MOST crucial. I hate this hard drive so much. It constantly loses files, and then randomly disconnects. No bumps or touches. Ill go to click it, and a blank window comes up. I cant even disconnect it! The worst. Hard drive. Ever.

> 24 hourThis thing is super small and so much faster than I expected. I mainly got it to store pictures on, and I’m super happy with it so far.

> 24 hourI was hesitant because of the reviews and this is the first time buying it anyway went really bad. The external SSD gets hot - beyond warm. It will transfer files at 500mbps at most for a few seconds then dives to 40-70 as it heats within seconds it gets worse dropping to 10-20 and Im connected via USB 3.2 Gen 2 I formatted NTFS and exFAT didnt improve it at all.

> 24 hourI wrote and erased a few hundred GB to the drive over three months, and after I started my laptop this morning, the entire drive was completely unusable. I cant write to or read it from Windows 1122H2, Ubuntu, or Android 12. Irreplaceable data is now lost forever due to Samsungs incompetence.

> 24 hourI have backed up my Quicken data for years to flash drives. My office used this Samsung drive for data backup until recently. I asked if I could try it with my computer. My, oh, my, it backed up Quicken so quickly I had to order one for myself. Actually, I ended up ordering a second one as I alternate backing up to the two drives. I am so glad I discovered this especially after finding out that flash drives are not as reliable when used over a long period of time. I did buy bumpers to put over these solid state external drives to protect them. I have All Travel and GetGear I think that is the name). I will have to say I prefer the GetGear look, but both brands seem to do the job just fine.

> 24 hourI love this SSD! File storage security is important to me. I keep my important data in 3-5 places and this Samsung external drive is one that I will trust.
