> 3 dayI have this set up as a 4-way for Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man, etc. Easy to connect up to a usb encoder and use with Mame etc. I’m going to buy another one of these with some buttons for an 8-way setup to use with other games. Solid feel. Feels like I’m in the arcade. The plate is easy to switch but not something you want to switch every time you change games. I can see the plastic giving tabs giving out after too many switches. I tried Pac-Man in 8-way mode and game play was more difficult. Lots of mistakes. Do yourself a favor and buy two: one for 4-way and one for 8-way. Worth every penny.

> 3 dayRecently picked up a Hori Fighting Edge arcade stick and couldnt get used to the square gate. Ordered this replacement stick along with an octo gate as the stock Hori gate wasnt drop in replaceable. Has a great feel and a nice snap back, not too heavy, not too stiff. Was a simple 5 minute swap and Id definitely recommend it!

> 3 dayHigh quality stick that works perfectly with the Mayflash F300 fight stick, as long as you purchase a 5 pin female to female cable to connect the stick to the pcb. The JLF is a lot stiffer when you return the stick back to the neutral position, unlike the mayflash one which is kinda loose. The stick is also a little quieter, than the mayflash stick which is great for me so I don’t annoy my family as much as I did with the other one. Overall I would highly recommend this stick if you’re planning on modding or building your own fight stick.

> 3 dayI did some guessing and testing and got the wiring figured out. I will be using this joy stick on a home made RF controller. Thumb joy sticks are very twitchy, so I hope this will be more accurate.

> 3 dayThe joystick comes with five seperate pins, that sadly do not connect to the Mayflash F500 v2, you need to buy a seperate wire instead thats compatabile, but sadly neither Mayflash never mentions this, they simply state its compatible. Got super excited to try it out and this happens :( Now I gotta wait another two days for the new wires to come in

> 3 dayReplaced the stock joystick on a Qanba Q1 with the Sanwa JLF and it feels great. Wasnt too thrilled with how the stock joystick felt and this upgrade was well worth it. Feels more responsive and tighter than the stock joystick. Also replaced all the buttons with Sanwa OBSF buttons as well and it feels like a whole new arcade stick. You honestly cant go wrong with Sanwa parts, highly recommended.

> 3 dayI LOVE this thing. I had a phase where I was building fight sticks, and I was recommended Sanwa. This thing feels great. Its nice and springy and clicky in the best possible way. Its infinitely better than the one that came in the Mayflash stick I got used.

> 3 dayModded my street fighter IV fight stick that was over ten years old. Made such a difference! And the stick is over 10 years old. Def recommend. I watched a youtube video on how to install and it took maybe 10 minutes TOPS.
