Seachem Pristine Aquarium Treatment, 500ml (001438)

The pantry hose we’re to cover my filters so my baby’s don’t get sucked up!! An now they are covered in prime an my prime bottle is empty… :(

This stuff saved my fish tank from turning into a slime pit. I have been treating it with Pristine for several months now and it has never looked better. The water chemistry is still good, too. It doesnt seem to bother the fish or plants.

This really helps to keep my three tanks and an indoor pond looking clear.

Didn’t work that well

This stuff is magic! I have a cloudy planted axolotl tank that nothing seemed to clear. After dosing this, I noticed a change within 30 minutes. I’ve used a full small bottle, and my tank is the clearest it’s ever been. Thank you seachem!

It is what is is

This is an amazing waste management. The unique beneficial bacteria in pristine consumes all the muck, rotting food, and fish poop stuck underneath the gravel. It’s amazing to see when my Oscar poops, within two or three days, his waste completely breaks down to a point where it seems like it has vanished. Even underneath the gravel bed, there is very minimal to low amounts of waste. I do regular water changes every 3 weeks or so and before I did a cleaning, I took this picture underneath the tank. The picture speaks for itself. The tank water remains crystal clear as well as everything else. Pristine as well as Stability, both products combined make a great team of bacteria to do different jobs. Any aquarist should have this in their cabinets. I highly recommend it.

I love love love this product! The gravel in my aquarium was starting to look a little gross despite cleaning the 50 gallon tank frequently and having bottom algae eating dwellers in my tank. After using this product once, I noticed a difference. Now after several uses, my tank looks great again! The water is crystal clear and the fish even look happier. Great product.
