> 24 hourPurchased this steam mop to sanitize our hard flooring surfaces as part of our cleaning regimen. The water reservoir holds enough distilled water that it did not require refilling prior to completion of the task. Heats up in seconds.

> 24 hourThis is a great product. It is so lightweight and easy to use. I use on hardwood floors and ceramic tile floors. Floors look great.

> 24 hourI was a bit worried by some of the reviews after I ordered this. I am glad I ordered it! It is so easy! I will never use a mop again. I did my entire house with one tank, I ordered extra pads from a different (generic but well-rated) brand which worked great, maybe better than the pads I got but at least as good. I tested this at work first because that is where I ship my orders and it cut through all the dirt, at work because they have wax or layer of dirt on some of those older linoleum tile floors it was harder to push, it did cut through the grime on the floors that even oxyclean and bleach does not remove. My own floors at home were much easier. When you push the handle it activates the steam so when you push forward it sends steam, it is not hard to push either, very natural in the way they did this. By other reviews, I read there was a switch or lever that was hard to push but that is not true. It was easy, it is light and though the tank is small you do not use much water. I am now looking at handheld steamers for other areas because I love this so much. I also want to add it stands up on its own. The cord could be longer but its not a deal-breaker. I can steam 2 rooms and then I have to unplug. What would be nice is a cordless version! I love this almost as much as I love my Dyson V10. It cleaned my hardwoods nicely. I like that I am not using any chemicals and it is great for cleaning after dogs. I cant wait to try it on my basement steps!

> 24 hourI adore the concept of steam cleaning floors. Its so much easier and more sanitary than lugging a huge bucket of dirty water and mop head all around the house. I wanted to start with a less expensive steam mop to make sure I liked the results before investing in a larger one. This seemed to fit the bill. PRO: *When* it steams, it does a very good job cleaning the floors. CONS: *There is zero reliability for the steam function. I am pushing and pulling on the handle bar as instructed, but I just cant seem to get a steady jet of steam to emerge from the mop. Its completely random and inconsistent. Not ideal. *The cord is just far too short. Even in my smaller kitchen, I have to unplug and replug the mop in each half of the room. Overall...I am disappointed in the consistency of this mop. Its a great price range and when it does work...it cleans well; but the steam just doesnt come out long enough to really sanitize and you dont know WHEN it will actually come out!

> 24 hourWeve just got some flooring put in the house and we were struggling with using a mop bucket all the time. Using this is so easy and you throw the pad in the washing machine and youre done! Sometimes one cycle doesnt get out all of the dirt (or at least, it seems stained on there), but it isnt that big of a deal.

> 24 hourIt takes a lot of time for it to heat up and the time the steam arrives for the first push forward to the second push forward the steam needs to build up again. Certainly not what was expected for the price
