Greater than one weekI usually choose either Shark or Bissell floor products. I wish I had gone with Bissell when I purchased a floor steam cleaner. I have 3300 sf of floors to clean and the water container on this Shark product is so small, I have to refill it for each room. It feels cheaply made, too, but I didnt order the most expensive machine, so I feel like Im getting what I paid for. It cleans the floors, both my tile and laminate, and with 7 dogs in the house, I really need it. It did also get a pet stain off one of my area rugs, so that was a pleasant surprise. Would I order it again? Probably not. It feels so cheaply made that Im afraid if I put too much pressure on it, Ill break it. I need a MUCH longer cord and a larger water container. I think it would be perfect for a small apartment/condo, but not for a larger home. Also, whoever delivered it left it outside my gate in a SEVERE thunderstorm. By the time I got to it, the box and inside instructions, as well as the cleaning pads were soaking wet. Not happy with the delivery company.

> 3 dayTHIS is the floor cleaning help I have been waiting for for years! Lightweight, easy to get going (water heats up in less than a minute), and cleans like a PRO. I have tile floors in the kitchen, entryway, hallways and bathrooms. All these areas get a lot of use and get dirty really fast after I clean them- so it was always frustrating when I was using a mop, pail, and water with cleaning solution. SUCH A PRODUCTION. Not to mention having to wait to walk in the wet floors (try telling a hungry teenage boy he cant go to the fridge because you just mopped). Now? I fill this thing with tap water, plug it in where I want to end my mopping (nice long cord- huge plus!), it heats up in a jiffy, a couple of pumps on the handle to get the steam flowing, and were in business! The first time I used it, I couldnt quite believe how easily it cleaned the floor and how much grime it was lifting even from the grout. Its that powerful. I love that it barely wets the floor, which means that it dries super quickly. Also a huge plus in my book- no more cleaning solution necessary! I have small dogs, so was always careful about what products I used because they eat from the floor- now I no longer have to worry that they might be lacking chemicals. And finally, I only have to store one skinny item, instead of three (mop, pail, cleaner). Whats not to love?!

> 3 dayI’ve only used this once so far but I have to say that I like this steam mop very much! It’s easy to assemble, I didn’t even need the manual. Attach the mop head. All you have to do is plug it in and let it sit a minute. Once it’s warmed up you pump the handle about 10 times to get the steam to come through the microfiber mop. Push it forward and bring it back and if the floor looks damp you can start cleaning with it. I did my linoleum kitchen floor and then the linoleum in the bathroom. The cloths/mops came up filthy! I never considered a steam mop to be the answer to actually really clean the floors but in my house a steam mop is good for the in between cleaning. My house gets ALOT of traffic and we live in the country so mud makes it’s way inside with two little boys! I bought this steam mop because we plan on getting a puppy and my two boys make a lot of messes and this will definitely come in handy to mostly maintain cleanliness in my home! I liked that the cleaning mop head was of good size and that the pads fit on via Velcro and they stay on just fine! The head to the mop has some motion too and I was able to clean in corners. It worked just as well as I was hoping it would. For food stuck on I had to go over it a second time while the food had a chance to absorb water and soften. But it did it! No complaints and as long as this doesn’t fall apart, I would buy another one! If I experience any issues with this mop I will come back to update my review. But as of right now I am pretty happy with my purchase!

> 3 dayI literally love this thing. My floors have never felt this clean from Swiffer or anything alone. Definitely think it’s a good value comparatively to other products that do the same thing. I’m giving it 4 instead of 5 stars because I wish you could control power on/off. The directions say to not leave it idle while plugged in, yet you have to wait a minute or two for it to actually start getting hot and producing steam. You can’t really set it anywhere until you unplug it and let it cool.

Greater than one weekI really like Shark steam mops. I like the improvements that have made on the newer models. The removable water tank is a great improvement. Plus I love the color. This mop is so easy to use and does a wonderful job on my vinyl, ceramic and laminate wood floors.

> 3 dayFirst off I will say when my original order went missing after being “delivered,” I had awesome help with getting a replacement. The mop itself is *fine* but nothing I’m just overly excited about. Just for the record, we have laminate flooring. It comes with two mop pads, so with the first mop pad I did our master bathroom and honestly didn’t see much of a difference in the floor nor did I really see a change in the color of the pad which I fully expected to based on other reviews. I gave it another go with a new pad in the kitchen and entry areas and the dirt I got up from those 3 places is pictured compared to a brand new one. I can say I did see it wipe away some crud in a spot or two in the process of cleaning. I also like that it’s just water and not chemicals solely because we have a cat that will get into everything and will definitely try to lick cleaner off the floor if given the opportunity. Overall I’m fine with it and plan to keep it, and hope to see better results the more I use it.
