My old electric mop died, so I had to get a new one. I read all the reviews on all the different kinds of electric mops and decided to try this one. Boy it is so lightweight and cleans so well. Its easy to put the water in and it gets into the corners and along the walls. Love this machine! Hope it keeps on working.

I was looking for a steam mop to replace my Bissell power fresh. I went back-and-forth on some different models and decided to purchase this one. I cannot believe how great it is! It’s lightweight, and very easy to use! I have a two-year-old and a six year old, and nothing but tile floors, so you can imagine how dirty they get! The steam mop took off everything very quickly and easily, versus my old Bissell that took a lot more work to remove spots

I love this mop! Easy to use. Cord length was not bad, I wad able to do my entire hallway and entry way with on plug placement. I really like that the steam pump is just by pushing the handle down so as you mop back and forth it is pumping thr steam out. You feel like the pumping steam part isnt any extra work! Water tank looks small but it was able to steam my entire kitchen, dining room, and hallway/entryway spaces with less than one tank.

So easy to assemble. I love using this mop. It cleaned dirt I didnt know I had. My home felt fresh and my floors sparkled! Extremely affordable and great quality

I went against some of the negative reviews because, lets face it, you cant please everyone. Let me first start with those negatives. Having had a previous version of the shark steam mop, yes the cord is a bit shorter. So move it to another outlet. Problem solved. You have to pump it. Well, it is not a vacuum cleaner that you just run across the floor. Youre not really pumping it when you push it. It pumps so smoothly, it is barely any work. Those were the only negatives I saw that I remember and now that I have turned those positive, lets move on to other great things about this mop. The pads are great. They are thick and way better than the previous version. It is not loud at all. My last mop sounded like I was trying fish. The reservoir comes out. My previous shark you had to pour into the reservoir and it didnt come out. This is great. The reservoir is way bigger too. It mopped smooth and even and was just great for the price. I think it should cost more. I love steam mops and I literally blew up my last one. My floors get super dirty. I have all boys in my house. Its quick, simple, takes less time, and doesnt make your arm sore. I absolutely love this!!!! I cant say enough. I probably forgot something, but I hope others will look past the negative people who can never be pleased anyway and see just how enjoyable it is to keep floor surfaces clean. Satisfying while using and satisfying after, looking at a freshly mopped floor.

Heats up in less than a minute. Does a nice job. I have four dogs, makes the house smell so much better.

I almost had to send this back. Had it put together in 2 minutes, very easy. Filled the water chamber, plugged it in, the little light came on and nothing.... I re read the instructions, I re positioned the water chamber, and then, I got so frustrated I slammed it on the floor and guess what?? It started working! Not sure what that was all about, but once it started working, I never had another problem. So thats why 4 not 5 stars. It did a great job cleaning my very dirty floors. I have 3 dogs who slobber and this works great on cleaning up their mess!

Easy to use, quick and is a super tool to keep your floors clean. When your are done, remove the pad and wash.

This little steam mop (Shark) is all I need for my kitchen. Very light , super easy to use with superior results. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a perfect mop for quick use.
