> 3 dayI’ve been cleaning my floors by hand for a while now. I THOUGHT my floors were clean, until I used this! Dang! I did a second go around the next morning and the pad was still pretty nasty (didn’t snag a picture). I guess I’ll be steaming my floors daily until the pad is clear. Easy to use, pump it a few times to get the steam activated then it pumps itself as you move it across your floors. The review that say it’s too much work are just plain lazy people. Super simple.

> 3 dayI adore the concept of steam cleaning floors. Its so much easier and more sanitary than lugging a huge bucket of dirty water and mop head all around the house. I wanted to start with a less expensive steam mop to make sure I liked the results before investing in a larger one. This seemed to fit the bill. PRO: *When* it steams, it does a very good job cleaning the floors. CONS: *There is zero reliability for the steam function. I am pushing and pulling on the handle bar as instructed, but I just cant seem to get a steady jet of steam to emerge from the mop. Its completely random and inconsistent. Not ideal. *The cord is just far too short. Even in my smaller kitchen, I have to unplug and replug the mop in each half of the room. Overall...I am disappointed in the consistency of this mop. Its a great price range and when it does work...it cleans well; but the steam just doesnt come out long enough to really sanitize and you dont know WHEN it will actually come out!

> 3 dayIt works well enough for a quick damp mop. I dont love it but Ill use it till it breaks. The cord is WAY too short - I have to plug/unplug at least twice for each room in my house (not a mansion). There is no switch to turn it on/off - just is on when plugged in and off when it is unplugged. This is nice if you like to see the sparks fly at your outlet, does nothing for me. After the initial startup, the steam is off more than on. I spend a lot of time waiting for it to actually steam again (5 seconds on, 7 seconds off kind of thing). Its basically a steam iron on a stick, but my iron doesnt stop steaming before Ive finished my trousers. Im actually getting more disappointed with Shark products all the time.

> 3 dayThis is so great - I’ve been using it on all of hard surfaces (including sealed hardwood) this week. It’s amazing! You’re gonna be so grossed out by how dirty the pads look after you clean lol. I suggest buying extra pads! They hold up really well in the wash though.

> 3 dayNever had a steam mop before but this is a great tool to use to clean the floors. only downside is there is no on off button and when I unplug it there is always a spark but so far so good!
