> 24 hourThis is the best microphone that money can buy, that being said it is a little pricey at $400. THATS JUST FOR THE MICROPHONE. The microphone will not work out of the box unless you have an XLR cable, an Audio Interface, and a microphone arm to hold the actual microphone. Once you have everything set up and you start to use the mic, you will see that it is indeed a beautiful microphone and you will have no complaints. The quality of sound is impeccable and the build quality is very solid. I only wish it was $300 instead of $400 but oh well.

> 24 hourAs you might expect from Shure mics, this is a tough, rugged, and versatile mic that you can throw in a range of studios. Its cardioid focal pattern and standard stand thread match other Shure mics, making it easy to work with. Best of all, the vibration damping makes it work well without a pop guard or a lot of fuss.

> 24 hourBeen told my voice is so sexalicious on this mic. Been using it with a goxlr mini. I also bought a booster for it but it only works in settings that are not recommended. So I have to be right up on that mic, or I just dont know what Im doing with it yet.

> 24 hourThis is an exceptional microphone, it is very quiet however so depending on your use you may need additional hardware like I did. But overall its amazing and captures sound beautifully. You wont regret buying this mic! I use mine for gaming and music production purposes with a Scarlett 4i4 and a Cloudlifter.

> 24 hourThe microphones natural sound is a thud to my ears. You need to buy additional equipment and dbx processors to make it sound great. I prefer to start with a microphone that is dynamic across the spectrum BEFORE any processing takes place, I returned this Shure, spent an extra $100.00, and got the EV RE 27....huge difference and much more prsesence.

> 24 hourThis XLR Microphone was probably the best audio related purchase I’ve ever made. Easy to install, make sure you have or are going to purchase some sort of Mix Amp so that you can connect this XLR microphone to your PC/Laptop. Has VERY clear and professional audio performance and if you plan on purchasing a Mix Amp I would definitely recommend the GoXLR/GoXLR Mini for this microphone (definitely make sure you’re financially stable before doing so) but if you plan on using this microphone for Studio recordings / Audio Projects / Streaming and or YouTube, it’s definitely the product to purchase! You can use basically any Audio editing software to manipulate your vocals to make them sound professional, and it doesn’t take much to do so! If you obtain the GoXLR it provides an application for you to edit your vocals in Real-time without any post production edits made, meaning it’s the perfect Mix Amp to have if you plan on using this for Streaming or Recording vocals without having the hassle of editing your voice in post production!
