Sigma 30mm F1.4 Contemporary DC DN Lens for Sony E

I bought this one as a replacement of the nice Sigma 30mm F2.8 EX DN Art for my Sony A6000 camera.

What else can i that thas not be said before? This is a great lens. Full stop. The cons are that has OSS optical stabilisation

I would like to give this 4.5 stars. Image quality wise, its more like 4, value and usability its more like 5.

It is equivalent to 60mm lens. Not very fast,but very sharp, usable until f2.8, quick focus, quite compact. You can use it for all situations.

Sharp, lovely images with my Olympus E-PL5. Looks good, focuses fast. Very pleased with the quality and excellent value for money

I bought this lens on a whim for my Sony A6000, looking to upgrade from the kit lens, and it hasnt left the body since. 30mm is the perfect focal length on this camera (equivalent to about a 45mm focal length with crop factor taken into account). Purchase immediately if you are looking for a fast, good, cheap prime for your Sony A6000.

Très universel en DX. Ma permis de faire des photos de bonne facture lors dun voyage en orient, monté sur lalpha 55.

F1.4の大口径レンズです。

This is an excellent lens, good colour, contrast and very sharp. There are lots of youtube reviews and online info so I will not go into detail. On an a6000 or a 6300 its very good, just keep your shutter speed up as its not stabilised, on the a6500 the stabilisation in body does the trick. I tried this and the Sony 35mm OSS and I prefer the slightly wider view, option of a wider f stop and the sharpness, its just a bigger lens if that is a big issue for you but overall I think its a better lens (and get the 16mm version as well as that is also an excellent lens on the Sony APS[c)
