Gut aber nicht sehr gut, entspricht nicht voellig meine erwartungen, dieses objectiv ist etwas weniger lichtstark als ich erwartete, auch die dynamische spielraum ist mit dieses objectiv etwas weniger als ich erhofft hatte, Aber es ist auch moeglich dass das objectiv nicht ganz verantwortlich ist, dass auch die camera nicht 100% zusammen arbeitet mit dieses objectiv. Dennoch alles zusammen noch gut.

Its the first lens you should buy if youre moving to Sonys APS-C lineup. Its a (relatively) cheap nift-fifty equivalent with aperture and picture quality that punches way above its weight class.

Great lens if you are willing to sacrifice flexibility for (almost) pro image quality, while keeping the price low. Sharp wide open, it further improves at f3.5/4, focuses fast on my a5100. Makes it a good combo to shove in a bag. Good focal length for food & street photography in my opinion. Takes good portraits, just avoid closeups. The max aperture provides some separation and decent bokeh, but do not expect thin in focus area at this focal length. Lightroom recognizes it and corrects it just fine.

I ordered a new lens. Was super excited for it to arrive. My excitement turned to anger very quickly when I realized that my lens was shipped in a mylar bag and not in an Amazon box. They didnt even have the decency to put it in a box.
