SimpliSafe 105dB Auxiliary Siren - Compatible with Gen 3 Home Security System

This add on siren is about 15 times as loud as the base station. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting a louder warning.

The siren is not very loud.. cant even hear it outside of the travel trailer I installed the system in... BUT more importantly DO NOT USE THE SIMPLISAFE CAMERA!! #1 it will not shut down when the system is armed in home mode! which means if ya have one in your bedroom... #2 these geniuses did not put in any provision for the user or even the technicians to be able to delete any video recorded by these stupid cameras!!! so if it records your girlfriend half naked inside your home on her way to the bathroom in the middle of the night which it will.... ya cant even delete the video!

We got broken into. Unfortunately we didnt have a system at that time, so we did some research and settled on simplisafe. I got the extra siren to put in the garage. OMG its so loud. My poor dogs ran for the hills when we tested it. Im sure the neighbors hated it. Its a must have if you have a two or more story house. The door chime from the base is not loud enough for me to hear downstairs, where I spend most of my time, unless Im listening for it. So we got another one for downstairs. The great part of these sirens are they are adjustable. My siren downstairs will not sound so loudly if the alarm is triggered, and I can hear the door chimes to know if someone has entered my house. The best part is they are so reasonably priced. As crazy as it sounds, I plan on buying 6 more. Three outside the back of my house, three outside the front of my house. Ill wake my whole neighborhood! Weve had enough of these break ins. Kinda hard to get away when the entire neighborhood is standing on their porch watching you run.

How SMOKES. I installed this for our SimpliSafe alarm system, as the base served as the alarm. Enough to wake you, but not what I was after. Its installed at the front door: thought wife had turned off security when I opened the door....DANG! Im 82nd Airborne and very use to operating under loud conditions, BUT...I could barely keep it together to deactivate the alarm on the keypad. LOVE IT!!

Simplisafe is so easy to use and a lot cheaper than ADT. I bought a few of these sirens to put in various locations in my house.

Easy to install. If any door sensor is triggered the alarm starts a audible countdown. If the alarm is not deactivated the alarm sounds and police are notified. I have two alarms -one on the 1st fl and one on the 2nd fl. Nice product-gives you some peace of mind with all of crime going on.
