Worked about month and stopped working

Pros easy installation cons could be louder

I ordered this because I needed an alarm upstairs to make sure I heard it. This is perfect! Very loud and so easy to add on to my SimpliSafe alarm system! I rent and needed something that wasn’t hard wired in and this system is perfect! Love the motion detection! I suggest getting this extra alarm if you have a multi level house! I feel very safe with this alarm!

This sucker is loud! Would wake me from death, I think. Paired easily with my Simplisafe system

The product is loud wish there was a better locking mechanism on the bracket so it would not be so easy to just take off the wall and throw in the dogs water dish to fix just took a 2 inch sheet rock screw on the top of it and screwed so the screw was sticking out about half the thickness of the product no more problem

The auxiliary siren was easy to install and setup. I can’t hear the base unit with my home office door closed, so I installed the siren in my office. I setup the siren to chirp whenever an entry sensor is opened so I can hear whenever my kids go in and out of the house.

Not as loud as my car horn. But I guess it would startle an intruder and alert them that their presence has sensed and security noticed.

Beware that the SimpliSafe system is faulty and can stop working at anytime for no reason. The base station just stopped working, so I was NOT secure. This is horrible for something like this to happen with a security system - nothing secure about that. After hours and hours on the phone with the company they state that this happens once in a while. It is for this reason, I do not need an additional siren. I would NOT purchase any products from SimpliSafe.

It does make a lot of noise, exactly what I want it to do. Ive thought about getting several more so if my home is broken into, the volume just may cause intense pain in the ears of the intruder. This was super easy to install into the network and new generation of SimpliSafe security system. Love the SimpliSafe products and the service provided by those folks
