> 3 dayOutstanding improvement in speed in my new HP Pavillion 15 laptop compared to the stock OEM drive. Have been using it for several months now and no problems whatsoever. Im not taking making any special effort to cool the drive...and it still runs at full speed in my normal workload (office apps and home work).

Greater than one weekYo! It’s your awkward failing gaming youtuber TalesOfArk, here for another random review! I don’t really have unlimited, but this feels nice. This must be how Palpatine feel with his unlimited power. Ah, yes, my storage upgrade from a Khoxia OEM 256gb m.2 to this beautiful 2tb(1.8tb) SSD. Kinda wish they gave me the extra 200gb cuz I’m petty, but oh well. Anyways with this, you’ll feel like you got a lot of storage to store all your game on or if you want to put your main system on like what I did. The way this impact games is by quicken loading screens. This will be more noticeable in open world games, especially big ones. Since it won’t have to struggle as much to read data from the SSD to load it into the world. In smaller game or non-open world, you might not notice as much, unless it’s a really data loading intensive game then maybe. As for install into your PC, I can proudly say it is super easy, even I did it. “But wait Ark! You’re probably a genius savvy pc builder!” WRONG! I built my first ever and only PC in April 2022, and let me tell you. I struggle a lot, took a whole week. I felt like everything could break, I couldn’t even install the stock AMD cooler that came with the 5600x, so I just bought a tower cooler that mention it could be install easily. That’s how bad it was, but this SSD install? Easy! I literally just unscrew the old 256gb and slid it out, and then I just re-screw the SK.Hynix P31 back in same spot, and install a clean window 10 and done! Ez Pz :)

> 3 dayI have stored various games on this SSD. The access rate has greatly improved over a WD Black 2TB HDD. I am using a Asus M16 laptop and this SSD increased my storage space 3 fold. The install was very quick with no hiccups. Once drive was in and laptop cover back on, I started laptop and went into UFEI and it was listed as a drive. I then started windows and went into windows disk management. I selected the drive and formatted it and VIOLA! New drive working! This is an excellent SSD.

20-11-2024Installed via an Inatek M.2 PCIe adapter (found here on Amazon) on an X58 Classified 4-Way with no issues. Idles at around 44 Celsius but thats near what some RAM cards put out. Using it in a big Thermaltake tower and its temperature is not affecting the case temperature at all. Cant be used as a boot drive w/the native X58 BIOS but theres a workaround out there for those who would want that capability. All in all, completely pleased with this upgrade.

> 3 dayI upgraded to this and what a difference. Windows boots up so fast I didnt even get a chance to get into the Bios the first time. I am very happy with this and if I had a second M.2 space on my motherboard I would get another one for it.

> 3 dayDoes as intended and has truly faster read write speeds as others pointed out. Cost a little more than I hoped to spend but I’m still overall satisfied especially since it outperforms several others out there including big name brands.
