> 3 dayAssuming it would, the value proposition is awesome. It just doesnt work on Macs, and Hynix had no intention on making it work (nor making any indication about the incompatibility). I bought for an OWC thunderbolt drive enclosure, and OWC was responsive, but thats where it stopped.

> 3 dayBought this for a Mac Pro 5,1. The older beast will not recognize this beast of a card. I gave it to my son for his Windows PC build.

Greater than one weekRan a benchmark that compares this drive to others of the same model. As you can see, my unit is a fairly significant dropoff to the standard of this SSD, and does not write/read at the advertised speeds.

> 3 dayAs an upgrade for my oldish thinkpad, it worked wonderfully. No more worrying about running out of space, at least for a while...

> 3 dayI used this in a Debian KDE Linux PC. It was easy to install and, simple setup. It is really fast compared to the old sata drives that I have been using and much more reliable. I will buy again.

> 3 dayI was looking for a good M.2 drive to use as a portable high speed drive & after doing some research I chose this one. Sure there are some out there that may be a little quicker or have a higher TBW, but I chose this one mostly for its low power usage. This lower power requirement means that when I plug it into an older usb 2.0 port Im not pushing the amp limit on the port & can hammer data back & forth all day if need be without worrying if the port is suddenly going to shut down.

Greater than one weekWhat can I say about this m.2? I have nothing but praise for this ssd and it definitely preforms insanely well without over heating (my guess is the 128 layer NAND made it more energy efficient so it can produce more power without generating as much heat as previous generation 96 or lower layer ssd). I mostly only game on my pc so this is a great way to future proof my storage since all next generation consoles are switching to ssd with similar speeds and since the 30 series video cards saved pc gaming its worth the investment.

> 3 dayGood SSD for the price. I have one with higher xfer speeds I use for gaming, so I use this one mainly for storage (but its fast enough for gaming too). Ill likely buy another for my last open slot.
