I have these all over my house and love them......Although......Im gradually losing them one by one. They seem to stop working after a couple of years.

Great product, easy install. Very useful and allows you to plug in 3 pin plugs to your outlets (AKA grounded plugs) into your outlets. The only problem with this product is that you have to set the scheduled on & off times in military hours. The majority of the world doesn’t go off military hours so it’s annoying. To get it right you have to google for a military time to standard time picture/diagram to program it correctly. Secondly when the app logs you out, which is often, you have to log in again and acknowledge the terms of use each, and every time, it’s very unnecessary a little bothersome, but it’s not the end of the world. Other than that you’ll love this product. It’s very useful, and you can control it when you are away from home. It’s also more compact than the old standard light timers which require pins, and buttons, and sometimes you hit those buttons when you’re cleaning which then messes everything up. Moreover if you have multiple old timers they all turn on at different times even if you try to match them perfectly. BUT!!! With these “NEW” digital Bluetooth wifi timers you can turn everything on at the same time like Christmas or decorative lighting. Or you also have the option of having lamps, or anything else turn on at different times. You have better control with these new timers. Definitely a win, and I love the product. Please change the military time format.

They work with a different app than all my other devices, I wish it were ewelink or kasa compatible, but they work good and Ive had no issues. Works great with Google home ***follow up 3/20/2022*** These plugs are still working fine, if you are a basic user they will work for you. I use IFTT for more advanced automation such as inching switches as multi-action situations like having my motion activated flood light camera turn on my blink camera recordings, sound an audible alarm, turn on different lights around the house and send us texts. The cloud intelligence app will not work in IFTTT. I was able to swap these with some other basic plugs that I dont use with IFTTT so it was not the end of the world for me. Be aware - Does not work with IFTTT

The Smart Plug ESICOO has exceeded my expectations in every way. With seamless integration with Alexa and Google Home, controlling my devices has never been easier. The setup was a breeze, thanks to the user-friendly app. The WiFi 2.4G connectivity ensures a stable connection. Highly recommended for a smart home setup

I setup two of the four devices so far, and performed a quick test of countdown & timer features, manual on/off with the physical switch and the app. I used my Google account to register my logon with the Cloud Intelligence app (impossible to mess up) and then the Alexa skill setup & account linking was easy too. The reason for only 4 of 5 stars is that I ran into an issue that was NOT documented within the instructions: Devices could not connect to my 2.4GHz Wi-Fi while using WPA2 for the security setting. After being unable to find a solution, I went to my router portal and started tooling around... Eventually finding that normal (older) WPA security setting allows these devices to connect successfully.

Get the kasa smart plug instead. They are easy to connect and never fail. I got kasa after buying the esicoo and they were wonderful 1. Esicoo has 6 different types of smart plugs and none have model numbers 2. The instructions say hold button for 5 seconds and it starts blinking. The app has two choices:slow blink and fast blink. The plug blinks right in the middle and neither option works. 3. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app does not help 4. There are no way to reset the plug. 5. The plugs will not connect to app. 6. You will spend hours trying to connect them and fail. 7. There is zero tech support. 8. These are cheaply made and throw onto Amazon to collect free money from suckers 9. Your phone will be connected to your 2.4ghz wifi and the app will think it’s 5ghz and ask you to switch. This is after an uninstall and reinstall of the app. 10. You have to search for the app name to down load. Ap name not found on Amazon description. 11. No manual online. 12. I have worked in IT for 20 years. This is the only electronic device that I have hated. It’s like the manufacture created it as a gag gift to piss off a friend. Do NOT but these plugs. They will make you scream in frustration.

The plugs have no problem cutting things off. I don’t know if it’s just my stuff I want to connect to the plug- a fan and a tv- but doesn’t cut them on. There was no problem with the lamp I connected to it.

I give 2 stars, 1 because they came on time & look exactly like the ad & another because they *do* work, HOW-EV-ER, they are CONSTANTLY turning themselves on & off at random hours despite my scheduled time. We recently left the house & came back, my grandmother was SITTING IN THE DARK because the timer failed to come on. This had happened before with the dogs, but theyre dogs, so it wasnt so bad. I have tried deleting & rescheduling them so many times, they still mess themselves up. Im not sure if its under the impression that I am in a different time zone or what because it always seems to be off by 5 hours. Its extremely frustrating. Also, if you want to work them remotely, you must go to your app settings & allow the app to access your data. Good luck, I hope you have less problems with them than I do. They work great as far as connecting them to wifi & using your smart device to control it, especially for a plug in a hard-to-reach spot but I bought them SPECIFICALLY for the schedule/timer function & this just aint it. Update: Im taking away a a star. I did end up enabling location for this app, which is not a permission I like to give to *every* app. This seemed to help, but Im still having issues with them randomly turning on & off. Last night, we fell asleep on the couch while watching a movie & AT TWO A.M., all 4 devices randomly turned on & woke us up. I thought there was a power surge but usually it affects the microwave & in this instance, it did not, so I have no idea. This isnt the first time theyve come on in the middle of the night. I woke up in our room & could see light coming from under the door & thats because the living room had magically turned itself on. Not only does this disrupt my sleep, stress me out, & waste electricity, one of the outlets is hooked to to a camera & despite technology, I dont believe its 100% fool-prrof from being hacked so I dont like it on more than necessary (which is why I bought the plugs). Lastly, these plugs dont seem to turn themselves on according to schedule whenever Im not home & on the same wifi. If I want the schedule to work so that the dogs arent sitting in the dark, Im going to need to SET A REMINDER ALARM to go to the app & manually turn them on, OR just buy another timer that *actually* works.
