> 3 dayAfter i figured out how to connect to phone it was simple to turn on and off, but setting the schedule is not. I had it set and it was working but it randomly shuts off. Multiple times now i check to see if it’s on/off and it’s not. Today both on and off are shut off. Not understanding that. Update schedule still not working but do like control on my phone.

> 3 dayThey worked, the only downside is - I changed my password to my wifi router, which caused me to have to individually reset every plug. 5 starts if they had a simple integration for moments like that.

> 3 dayTL;DR - It works fine. now for the slightly longer portion of this.... the setup was a royal pain in the behind, it took forever to hop from one configuration application to another, but once you are done with this headache, you can remove the initial configuration app and have Alexa work with the plug. however to this day i havent been able to get google home to work with these, so i dont know where the claims come from that this works with Google home. so just a heads up. and for those who managed to get it to work, i salute you, i just dont have the time to sit there trying to get this to work when it should be a straight forward process. however once they are configured, they work fine and so far no fires

> 3 dayYou have to read the directions and download the app that suggests. Then link that app with your alexa app not too hard to do although im not text savvy. So if I can do it anyone can. Just be patient follow the directions they work great.

> 3 dayUsed these plugs on and off for quite a while. One day one plug got unplugged and I went to set it up again, but the app said my password was incorrect, it wasnt (I had the password copied down elsewhere). I clicked the forgot password option and was brought to a screen with only one field labeled new password. I filled in a new password and clicked accept and was met with an error that the email field was empty. There is no email field. I had to set up a new account and reinstall all the plugs to use them again. Preeetty annoying. Seen other similar complaints, so just be aware that the thing could potentially unsync your account and it wont be accessible. Other than that, it does what its supposed to do.

> 3 dayThe plugs have no problem cutting things off. I don’t know if it’s just my stuff I want to connect to the plug- a fan and a tv- but doesn’t cut them on. There was no problem with the lamp I connected to it.
