Greater than one weekI have several brands of smart plugs and products. All I own are google or Alexa compatible. This plug is not seamless. I have to link Alexa everytime I install a new plug. Others manufacturers are recognized as soon as I install. Moreover, the manufacturer Cloud interferenceis not on amazons list of plug manufacturer. Ill keep them because they are cheap. I assume this manufacturer bought out a defunct Chinese manufacturer or just changed their name.

> 3 dayWe have several different devices in the house that are all hooked up to Alexa and these plug ins are the worst at connectivity. We have two lamps in our room and over half the time we ask Alexa to turn the lights on or off only one lamp comes on and says one or the other is offline or not communicating and has to be reset. This happens almost daily. Will be replacing with something else soon

> 3 dayBuy a magnifying glass to read directions. However be sure to use app name from directions and NOT the recommended one for brand by Alexa.

> 3 dayI actually read the disclosure statement and it boldly states that any personal information that is gathered from this plug can be shared with the Peoples Republic of China. No thanks, sent them back.

Greater than one weekWe bought a set of these for home automation while were away camping. Lights come on and off just like were home all evening. And we can vary the times on the fly right from the campground. When home I set them up so a lamp comes on automatically at my usual wake up time, early... Theyre not difficult to set up, but make sure you plug them in one at a time, using the app to set each one up as it finds them. Dont forget to name them based on where they are going to be located, especially if using Alexa to control them. Ive used them for 4 months and theyve worked flawlessly. Reviewing since I came on to buy another 4 pack.

04-04-2025They work accept they are too bulky. I tried to install two of them stacked 1 to control my Speaker and other to control the Subwoofer. I couldnt fit both on the same outlet. I had to use a small extension plug so I can fit both on the se outlet. Setup was easy like every other smart plug I used before.

Greater than one weekMy current view: after posting my prior review I was contacted by the manufacturer who promised they had fixed the issue I described below. They sent me a free shipment of replacement outlet plugs and they worked exactly as they were supposed to. Very happy with their effort to correct the problem. Prior review: I own several other brands of these and they are all pretty much the same. HOWEVER, these will not connect to my wifi - yes, Im trying to connect to 2.4ghz. Yes, I have followed the instructions TO THE LETTER. Yep, I have their most recent App. They will not connect. I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for wifi plugs. There are many good brands - just not these. The box says 2 year warrantee - good luck finding anyone to honor it.
