> 3 dayI bought these specifically to work on the SmartLife App, and it didn’t. I use this app for all my plugs and outlets. I bought this for a friend. Told them all they had to do was download the SmartLife app. They don’t have Alexa or Google. I had so much trouble connecting to their wifi. It refused to go automatically. I had to do it manually. I KNOW I connected to the 2.4 Gz network. The plug had the hardest time. Went round and around. When it finally connected and I was able to click on and off, the schedule did not work. This was supposed to be a simple installation. I finally told my friends to get a different plug. I returned this set. * I write reviews to let you know how this product was for me, and to aid you in your decision to buy or not buy.

> 3 dayVery difficult to understand how to set up with the app and connect to Alexa. It’s doable just takes time to figure it all out. Also sometimes the plugs don’t want to find the Bluetooth device so you may have to try a few times. I have had better success with selecting an unknown Bluetooth device rather than selecting a plug to connect Alexa.

> 3 dayThey work with a different app than all my other devices, I wish it were ewelink or kasa compatible, but they work good and Ive had no issues. Works great with Google home ***follow up 3/20/2022*** These plugs are still working fine, if you are a basic user they will work for you. I use IFTT for more advanced automation such as inching switches as multi-action situations like having my motion activated flood light camera turn on my blink camera recordings, sound an audible alarm, turn on different lights around the house and send us texts. The cloud intelligence app will not work in IFTTT. I was able to swap these with some other basic plugs that I dont use with IFTTT so it was not the end of the world for me. Be aware - Does not work with IFTTT

> 3 dayKeeps constantly disconnecting, convoluted process to connect to Alexa, requiring an email address just to use… these plugs are pretty much worthless. Unless you need something quick, to hold you until you purchase decent ones, don’t bother. The other issues are workable, but no… constantly disconnecting is a no-no for a smart device. I only gave the extra star because its responsive at least 45-50% of the time.

> 3 dayThe manual said to install an app, and the box said another. You need to follow the manual. After that pretty easy to integrate with Alexa

> 3 dayI setup two of the four devices so far, and performed a quick test of countdown & timer features, manual on/off with the physical switch and the app. I used my Google account to register my logon with the Cloud Intelligence app (impossible to mess up) and then the Alexa skill setup & account linking was easy too. The reason for only 4 of 5 stars is that I ran into an issue that was NOT documented within the instructions: Devices could not connect to my 2.4GHz Wi-Fi while using WPA2 for the security setting. After being unable to find a solution, I went to my router portal and started tooling around... Eventually finding that normal (older) WPA security setting allows these devices to connect successfully.
