I was hoping to use at our freezers in our buildings. Its less than a tenth of a mile away and it doesnt pick up.

I bought these for my 2 freezers. We lost some meat in our freezer because I didn’t know it wasn’t cold enough and the meat thawed out. It brings some peace of mind knowing I’ll get a notification when the temperature gets above the threshold I set. It is also interesting because it shows how the temperature naturally fluctuates and I can even see when it defrosts.

I can leave my house and know in an instant whether or not my heating system is working properly after having had problems in the past. Great product. Excellent price.

I bought these to monitor the temperature in my pump house and in the freezer in my office. This device works perfectly, and exactly as I hoped it would. I had to call customer service for some assistance in setting it up, and they were very helpful.

Bought to monitor the temperature of our pump house. A small cinder block building separate from the house. The sensor has no trouble staying connected to the hub inside the house. Battery lasts a little over a year, even in the remote building through multiple walls. I am very impressed.

humidity readings are off, i can put the same unit side by side and 1 is 83.5 humidity the other 79.3. always 3-4 degrees off each other, temp off but by 0-1.5 degrees... i think humidity reading are higher than normal, since my other units read humidity 5-8 degrees lower constantly BUT i dont know which is the accurate reading! I dont get the email alerts when reading are above threshold which is cool, but still returning,

Using LoRa (long range wifi) this works very well. I have one sensor in my fridge and the signal easily gets through the fridge walls and to the hub 3 rooms away. The alerts are sent to email and/or phone by way of the hub. Set up was easy. The app assigns a widget to each sensor but oddly doesnt label each widget with the name that you assign to each sensor in the set up routine. But thats minor and you can see which sensor name is assigned by choosing a label in the app. Very cool. Now I can see when the fridge door is kept open too long by the wife, ha ha!

First off I have another system I bought on Amazon that has no communicating Hub between the sensors like Yo-link does! What that means Is much longer range that I needed to reach my outdoor enclosed well pump house my ThermoPro sensor couldn’t stay on line kept loosing signal till I could physically get back to my lake cabin and unplug it to reset it then after I left it would go offline again within a day or so! The Yo-link reaches the pump house with ease! But better yet it also reports to my phone via the app when temperatures dip below or above the temp range I set to be notified about if that happens! Also the sensors use two Tripple AAA batteries it comes with alkaline, but I chose to instal lithium which I know lasts up to 5 years in the frozen tundra where I live in Wisconsin from my experience with other weather stations units I had which used an outdoor sensor but they were not WiFi capable just sensor to station which sets on a table in the house. Yo-link has its own WiFi hub that’s only about 5”X5” square and less than a inch high that connects to your router and is powered by a usb cable and plugs into any power outlet, this hub is the only part that plugs in and powerful long range communicates with as many sensors you want to place in and out side of your home! So you can put them anywhere no need for power for every sensor like the other brand has to have, and the other brand doesn’t have the hub to broadcast to and from the individual sensors that’s why you get the long range, the other brands sensors has to each connect to your WiFi individually and they are finicky as to where they pick up signal! To far away or inside another out building without WiFi and you don’t get connected! So I was really pleased and surprised with Yo-links performance, and it solved all my problems for about half the money of the other brands price!

Update; changed my rating to 4 stars for two reasons : First, and most importantly, was the level of customer service received after posting the original review. This company stands behind their products and is willing to make it right if something is wrong. Second, I was able to get the hub to stay online by whitelisting the wifi. Still cant get the ethernet to stay online which only 4 stars, but this might be due to my hardware firewall, still working on it. Overall, good products, GREAT company, I can now recommend them. Worthless ecosystem, Id give zero stars if possible. Hub will not stay online, either wifi or ethernet. When the hub drops, all the sensors start going offline and I start getting water leak alerts, power failure alerts, etc. Save your money and buy something else.

I got these for a deep freeze out in my detached garage. This setup quickly and without fuss. Its very accurate and has an impressive range. It was easy to setup custom parameters to alert me to extreme temperature changes sent directly to my phone.
