Had one of these and lost it and couldnt do without one. Very handy for all types of garden and digging tasks. Extremely well made and uses thicker steel than found in most other scoop/trowel shovels.

I bought 2 of these for gifts as I have owned one for many years. It does the job of several tools and is particularly good in a bag of densely packed compost, making a drill for seed sowing and cutting weeds like mares tail underground to mention just a few of it’s uses.

This is the best gardening tool ever. I have had mine for years and cant plant without it. The pointed tip and serrated edges make digging in any type of soil a breeze. I have bought these as gifts several times and every recipient has loved them.

I received this as a gift and loved it so much I have since bought it to give as a gift to an avid garden. Great for planting transplants. You can dig the hole and the scoop is deep enough to keep the soil in the tool, drop the transplant in the hole and then cover with the soil.

Love this tool, very handy and multi purpose. Good for digging out weeds. Can use to scoop out dirt to plant. One of my favorite tools.

There are several copies of this tool on the market, but this one is my opinion is the best. Its well made and will last a long time. It does the job of separating plants, scooping a nice amount of mulch and soil out of bags and containers. It would make a great gift for a gardener.

I love this and that opinion comes from owning one of these for close to 20 years. I had one the exact one that had the cushioned handle and loved it. But after nearly 20 years the cushioned material had become gummy-- not fun. I had planned to wrap it somehow but took it to use somewhere else and lost it somehow. So I chose to replace it with the wooden handle to avoid that in the future. Being stainless it holds up perfectly- even when I leave it out in the SoCal elements. I love how much the scoop portion holds whether digging for planting or scooping some soil to add to a container. I also love the jagged edge which Ive used to cut things such as thin stems and even bags of soil (it makes a rough cut but still gets me in the bag without scissors). I wholeheartedly recommend this garden tool. Obviously, I didnt hesitate to buy another one.

Ive had a soil scoop for many years -- probably my favorite go to tool for gardening, doing pots in particular. But also great for working in beds. I sadly lost mine -- I think I must have inadvertently dumped it into recycling :( After looking in several garden centers, I was thrilled to find it online at Amazon!!
