Sony WH-1000XM4 Wireless Premium Noise Canceling Overhead Headphones with Mic for Phone-Call and Alexa Voice Control, Black WH1000XM4

I wanted good headphones so I looked everywhere an found these. I looked at the reviews and they were pretty good... so I ordered these.. The shipping was quick. I unboxed it and it was nice and I didnt even thing it would come with a hard-case. I downloaded the app and set it up, then watched youtube with it. It was going good for the few days until, I wanted to watch youtube again, and... pair then NO SOUND. I reconnected it, NO SOUND. I tried other things such as movies and my downloads, NO SOUND. I removed it from the list and added it again, NO SOUND! While I am writing this, NO SOUND. What is wrong with my Sony Headphones? I even looked online how to fix it and none worked. Edit: I Connected to a different device and worked... Why isnt it connecting with a Chromebook? Also, when you need google meet, the audio turns into a hot mess... please fix this in a update.

Best headphones on the market. If headphones that cost more worked better than these, I would buy them. For me, they don’t. Everyone is different so try them all out.

Amazing sound quality! Insane noise cancelation and great comfortable feel on head! Love sony products especially for audio! These are fairly priced, usually always on sale, and easily the best sound quality amongst other headphones at similar prices *cough cough* Bose

Mabye it’s my mistake but when I heard “noise cancelling” I thought total noise cancelling and it was not at all it was toned down a little bit but I could still hear everything. Also what’s with the 360 feature?? I would love if it naturally sounded like that I shouldn’t have to buy a additional service when I already spent 300 dollars on freaking headphones. I will be returning them ASAP.

Bought these for Noise Cancelation and its perfect! Blocks out street and electronic noises. It muffles voices and gardener noises. Also, I have a larger head and it does not squeeze my head. Its very comfortable and not heavy. There is a little bit of heat that develops with the ears after extended wear. Otherwise great sound and base. Its my must have for concentrating during WFH when my spouse is also WFH in the same room.

Great sound, good noise cancellation awful microphone. The mic is basically unusable.

After a year or two (after the warranty is out of course) the noise cancellation will start to malfunction, generating a really loud pitch on either ear that can hurt you.

Recently bought these to replace my original WH-1000XM2 set which had served me faithfully for almost three years before breaking.

I did my research, Sonys WH-1000XMA consistently got top reviews. My experience has been vastly different.

I thought Sony had fallen out with all of the Beats and other players in the market. NOPE. These headphones are the real deal.
