> 24 hourI gave this product a single star because I am disgusted by the fact that the audio quality is very poor and that a company would charge $278 for a product and then provide a 9-in USB to USB-C cable, you heard correctly, its only 9 inches long. I know they probably had in mind that people would plug it into a laptop but even for a lot top computer 9-in is way too short. Another thing I am disgusted by is that for $278 they could not be bothered to provide a USB to AC plug to charge the headphones with. One more thing they cannot be bothered to provide is a user manual. They provide a quick setup pamphlet and another pamphlet with writing that is too small for most people to read with the naked eye. You can find a good manual online but for $278 you would think they would send a really good manual with it.

> 24 hourIt fits alright but the sound quality is nothing special, headset that requires an app to work suck. no buttons to control volume or pause really made me regret buying this

> 24 hourI just returned from an overseas trip and wore these headphones a LOT while flying and I love them! Good, comfortable fit, and excellent noise cancelling ability. Highly recommend!

> 24 hourThe sound quality is outstanding. Probably the best so far. But I returned these because the voice calling was TERRIBLE. Callers constantly said I sounded far away and voice was crackling. I could hear them ok, but they couldn’t hear me good. I called from different locations in my house, outside and in the car and the results were the same. Sucks cuz I really wanted to like these but as you will see many people complained about the same issue with these - the voice calling is poor. I returned them.

> 24 hourThis Headphones are amazing. They have great Sound, noise cancellation and features like being able to turn up and down the volume just touching the ear cup or even mute the music or whatever you are listening to. All of this until the ear cups dettached after 6 months of use and the foam started to pour out of this things. Contacted Sony and they directed me to a spare parts website where I can order a new par of ear cup pads. But, I mean after $300. I was expecting for them to take care of that, specially if this item is with defects. So I am probably testing the Denons for comparison purposes. Will be updating.

> 24 hourI purchased these to possibly replace a pair of Sennheiser Momentum 3 headphones. The XM4 are more comfortable, sportier, and block out noise much better. The only thing I placed ahead of those three things was sound quality. The sound of the Momentum 3 was noticeably better to me. Not to say that for most people the sound of the XM4s will not be outstanding. After comparing them side-by-side, I went with the Momentum 3 for the better sound quality. If you want comfort and noise-cancellation, go with the XM4. I could wear the XM4 all day! No literally, they can last all day! I cant wear the Momentum 3 more than an hour without wanting to take them off. The one thing I wish was added to the XM4 was audio over usb, which is possible in the Momentum headphones.
