If you decide to get these, use the Tidal app and listen to Prisoner by Miley Cyrus and Dua Lipa in the master quality. You wont regret it.

These headphones are great in terms of comfort, noise cancelling, bass, ambient function but its a true bummer that the reception with MS Teams via Bluetooth is horrible. Sound comes in and out like I am having bad internet connection, like I hear every other word people are saying. When I connect the headphones to the laptop with the cord provided with the headphones the issue is resolved. My Apple Airpods do not have this issue with MS Teams so I know its not a Bluetooth or internet connection. Plus my laptop is connected via Ethernet. I have read online this is a known issue between MS Teams and these headphones, and the root cause is MS Teams. But who knows. All I know is that these headphones are supposed to be wireless and now I can only use them connected to my laptop with a wire. Total bummer.

I AM SPEECHLESS. THESE HEADPHONES ARE ABSOLUTE GAME CHANGERS, BUY THEM NOW. I nearly cried when I put them on, turned on noise cancelling, and listened to music. They are so insanely comfortable, the noise cancelling is REALLY CANCELLING, and the sound quality is just unreal. I can’t recommend these headphones enough. Everything about them is high quality and continues to blow my mind. The battery life is amazing and Bluetooth connection distance is great. One note: I got it in silver but it’s more of a gray, but I don’t mind because it’s still gorgeous. 10000/10 recommend!!!!!!!!

Some of the well-thought out features of these headphones: I can be listening to music, and when someone calls on my smartphone and I answer (yes, they are BOTH connected), the music, video, or movie pauses, and I can have a conversation. After hanging up, everything continues where I left off.

I like this more than my Bose QC35s.

I loved the previous version, and this new version is even better.

There is no way to turn off speak to chat permanently and it keep auto enabling itself, Ive been dealing with it for too long so I decided to throw them. Never buying Sony again.
