> 24 hourWhen I would activate ANC, the right ear cup would start making crackling noise. It is a known defect, but Amazon refused to replace the headphones. Had to contact Sony directly to replace the headphones.

> 24 hourOne of the best headphones Ive ever used. I originally purchased beats studio but as soon as this went on sale I returned them and bought these instead. A little extra but worth the money. The noise canceling is excellent. Paired up with the Sony headphones app you can have different experiences from listening to music or listening to podcasts.

> 24 hourI have been using this primarily for teleconferencing from home for work after my 2-3 year old Bose QC comfort cushions got torn. I got this because it’s price was much lower than Bose and I thought I don’t want another Bose headphones to tear again. If you connect to single device then it will be fine. My gripe is that i need it to connect to an iPhone and MacBook together to take calls on both, and it is not as reliable and seamless doing that as my old Bose. Sometimes it does not connect to the desired device and I need to turn it off and on again while people are waiting for me in a meeting to reconnect, etc. Also the power button requiring a long press to turn on or off is annoying compared to a fast slide button (bad UX for something a user would do often). Lastly, I had to disable the speech feature and the location features because they cause Apple Music to come up repeatedly on my Mac. The app design is confusing and does not focus on the right basic common use cases like selecting which device to connect to. I am almost considering getting some different headset due to these inconveniences.

> 24 hourI upgraded from a WH-1000XM3, so I knew what to expect. This seemed like an incremental update with the main changes being thicker earpads, bluetooth 5.0, and wear detection. I disabled wear detection because I find it annoying. I also had upgraded Dekoni earpads, so the thicker earpads didnt seem like much of an upgrade. Overall, I preferred either Sony headphones over the Bose 700.

> 24 hourRead online reviews about this headphone, and most reputable review sites had this #1 on their list for noise cancelling, AND THEY ARE RIGHT.. !! Comfortable, ease of use, buttons and location bump all easy to locate and use...Noise cancelling is incredible.... pair these with a good white noise sound track, and you probably wouldnt hear the crying baby sitting next to you so you can get your sleep... I expected a little more bass boost, but sometimes too much is not so good...Battery life is phenomenal...my 8 hour flight only used maybe 20% of the power, and charged full in about 30 minutes... I LOVE THEM.. A game changer if you are a frequent flier, or in loud environments...

> 24 hourBest headphone I have ever owned! I am impressed by how well its noise cancelling feature works - I wear it during my commute or on the flights and it perfectly filters out the background noises.

> 24 hourI purchased these headphones to help with my misophonia. This review is written using the standard sound settings on the headphones (no customization). I cant say that they are 100% effective at blocking out my trigger sounds but they sure help a hell of a lot and I am very happy I got them. Daily trigger sounds for me are sniffling, coughing, chewing/smacking, and repetitive vocal patterns. With only the noise-canceling on (no audio), I can still hear all of the sounds (except for light chewing) at levels that are muffled but still triggering for me. If I start playing a white noise app, it gets way better. If I play music, most trigger sounds are reduced but I can still hear vocal intonations if the person is speaking loudly (such as when they are on the phone).
