> 3 dayThey are overall good but I’m constantly wearing headphones at home whether I’m on a call listening to music or anything on my phone and these get uncomfortable to wear on the top of your head I feel like they are very heavy and very uncomfortable after a few hours I had the sennheiser pxc550 before this and those where way more comfortable kinda wish I could return these I’m thinking maybe wear a hat so I don’t feel the weight of the headphones all in one place

> 3 dayI got these as a Christmas gift in 2021, and now in December 2022 I’m regretting it. Now, after about 30 minutes of use, an annoying static sound starts to come out of the left year. It doesn’t matter if I’m listening to music, watching a video, or making a phone call. I’ve tried resetting them, rebooting them, turning the noise cancellation off, turning off ANC, none of it helped. I looked up the problem online and it seems like a lot of users are having this problem a year out from their original purchase date. Some have even had this issue since the first day that they bought them. I’ve reached out to Sony, and they were less than helpful in helping me get them fixed. The problem, according to those on the internet, is moisture building up on the screwheads in the cup of the headphone. Sony hasn’t seemed to be helping anyone with this issue, as there is no solution on their product blog either. I tried to use the warranty to have Sony repair them, and they refused my warranty request because it was December 2nd, 2022 and the headphones were purchased November 30th, 2021, so they were technically not in warranty anymore. I do not recommend these expensive headphones if you want to use them for more than a year.

> 3 dayFor the price $278.00, its fair! I also got the WF-1000XM3 (ear plugs) which I used the most. However for traveling I will resource to the MX4s. I have used the MX3 in a plane and they just not that comfortable for wearing them for more than 3 hours non stop. For office calls, you are better off with a Jabra headset or Plantronics. The microphones just do not have a great sound quality as compared to Jabra Evolve line or Plantronics Voyager.

> 3 dayThese sound absolutely terrible. Was hopeful based on reviews but I am convinced a lot of them are fake at this point. The noise cancelling was the only decent feature outside of looking nice. Still not as good as anything Apple has out. They make a constant static sound as well. There is not apps to make adjustments on PC or MacOS. Only phones. Seems the settings do not save either. Perhaps I received a bad set, but its not a chance I am going to take at that price point.

> 3 dayThe right ear broke off due to weak materials. Customer service automatically defaults to physical damage and the warranty is no longer honored. Do not buy these headphones. Waste of $$$. Sony lost another customer.

> 3 dayThey are really good headphones and the noise canceling is good. Definitely worth the price, the only thing that sucks is that I bought them for $350 and now they are the like $280 wish I would of waited a little longer

> 3 dayI bought these headphones 2 months ago and have been using them 30-45 minutes a day while I am on my exercise bike. They will no longer charge after 2 months of use and Sony doesnt want to stand behind them. Buyer beware. I am not the first one to have this issue. Sony needs to step up to the plate
