Didnt work as well as my 15 year old Bose noise canceling headset that is so worn I have replaced the earpads on it twice. Also purchased with Amazon prime and the return is only free at the Amazon locker 45 minutes away.

These things sound great considering they are wireless. They are comfortable to wear and have good frequency response and range. I recommend them.

They sound really good and the noise cancelation works decently well but not perfect. These headphones have some very annoying features that almost ruin them for me, if you even cough or whisper your sound stops. There is a pause where the volume drops every 30 seconds or so with a little chime sound. Tried using them for work calls and the microphone is not loud enough for other to hear during meetings. Also, the noise cancelation is very strange to take calls on. I think some could find enjoyment though, I personally favor my AirPods for volume and ease.

I know a lot of the reviewers here are comparing these to other high-end headphones which is great. I dont really have too many of the good ones as they are so expensive for me. One Seinnheiser pair that area about 5 years old and thats it. I thought those were really nice, but adore these. I actually wear them often at work. I have a co-worker near me that talks incessantly. She is a great person, but never is quiet. Even when she isnt trying to talk to me, she is chatting on the phone, complaining to her computer or just talking to no one. I mean, I can take it for most of the day, but in the afternoon when I need to get most of my paperwork completed, I warn her that I am putting these on so I might not answer her like I normally do. She still will talk...sometimes even coming to my desk to tell me something unimportant about the weather or how her neighbors dogs bother her at night or some other nonsense, but with these I can block her out unless she is right by me.

Support is a joke and just keep redirecting me to the support site. This will probably be the last Sony product I buy for a decade.

After trying out quite a few different noise cancelling headphones and earbuds and these are definitely the most comfortable and functional!

Not worth the money. Noise cancelling gives me headache. Not very comfortable in wearing. (Quite heavy) Battery life is good. Software is miss. Doesnt save your noise cancelling preference and everytime manual turning off required. Switching between two connected devices work 50% time which makes it undesirable to use 2 device. Sound quality is ok at best. Bunch of experiential features that doesnt work. My worst purchase decision.
