Easy to use , I had to get two to accommodate the size for the cat feeders . No the ants don’t get stuck in there so don’t try to take it apart . Before after about 30 minutes the ants were swarming .. now with these no more !!! So much better than using the water moats . Do keep them from touching the wall . A little pricey but worth the $$ .

Platform does keep our ants For a while. But the ants eventually find the top of the bowl. You will need to check out that form periodically.

it should probably have velcro to keep animal from pushing the dish off but no problems yet and every dish not sitting on it has been invaded

This product really does work to keep ants out of my outside bowls of kitty food. I have three. They are a great product. Well worth every dollar.
