Mostly every summer my kitchen is invaded with tiny ants that go into my cats feeding bowls. I was making moats by placing the dishes in a plate that had some water in them, but the water evaporated quickly and didnt always work. This had worked wonderfully. In fact, I dont know if it is a coincidence, but I see very few ants in the kitchen at all since I started using this.

So far this seems to work— however it is. Platform for a bowl and doesn’t come With a bowl. I didn’t read carefully enough…sometimes the cat knocks the bowl Right off the platform and bam! More ants

I figured this was a scam, but I was so tired of dealing with the dishes that have water in them that I gambled on it. It works great.

Works wonderfully. I’ve had this item for a couple of weeks and haven’t had a problem with ants getting into the food dish.

I was very skeptical as I’m sure all of you reading this are. The dry cat food would bring in every ant for mikes it would seem. I bought two of the platforms. One for inside, the other for outside. I have not seen a single ant even attempting to get to the food bowl. Amazing product. I have the water moat bowl-minimally effective. Chalk-10% effective. I highly recommend this platform.

I got this to keep the ants out of my cats food dish because I didn’t want to deal with the ones that you put water in. It worked for a couple of months but the ants found their way to the top of this thing. Such a waste of money.

I am truly surprised by how well this works. I got it for a family members pet, whom I take care of the home. Ants had become a huge problem and when moving the food bowl to a space that could accommodate the size of this tray, kitty is no longer being forced to get extra protein from ants. I would recommend this to anyone dealing with an ant problem.
