Been using this supplement for years and it always helps shorten or stave off cold and flu. Capsules seem to work best. Have them for the whole family and for traveling.

I dont know what this witchcraft is all about, but just like everyone says.. you follow the directions & take a TON of capsules (24 per day!, for real!) at the first hint of feeling imbalance and it really does keep the sickness at bay. I do notice that I still feel a little general malaise, a little tired and run down while hitting it hard, and I think thats just how it feels when your immune system (with the help of wellness formula) is working overtime to keep you healthy. Ill take that if it keeps me from getting sick! Once in a while, one of these monster horse pills will go down sideways or get lodged somewhere on the way to my stomach and watch out - the sensation of one of these capsules dissolving in there is not pretty. Feels like a burning pile of tree bark thats giving me heartburn. lol. Still, a risk Im willing to take every time I take a handful of magic Wellness Formula!

Got this stuff on the recommendation of a nurse, if anyone ought to know I figured. Currently Im the only healthy person in my house despite being inundated in child germs, thats a remarkable result. I take 6 capsules twice a day and that takes care of it despite feeling the infections trying to take hold.

I bought this to replace another product that has become unreasonably expensive (Quick Defense). I was excited to get this due to the reviews. In my excitement, I didnt look at all of the pictures. Unfortunately, I am sensitive to soy, so I cant use it. It says right on in the picture. Fortunately, others in my family can. I am still waiting to see it perform magic like the other product we used before.

My chiropractor recommended this to me as a way to boost my immune system. I have definitely taken it consistently and as directed at the very hint of a cold, and Ive ended up getting sinus infections and bronchitis just as usual over the previous months. Instead of this, I would recommend drinking a lot of water, taking a multivitamin, eating a healthy diet, getting plenty of sleep, and eliminating as much stress from your life as possible. Thatll probably be the real trick to health -- not just a weird smelling little pill. UPDATE (5/12): My husband and child were both extremely ill over the past week. My husband was the sickest hes ever been in his life. I took six pills (plus some echinacea tea) the day I felt the sore throat coming on. I DID get sick, but I only got a cough -- no fever, no blistering in the throat, no vomiting, no rash. I am a convert. SECOND UPDATE (11/12): I have a crap immune system. I had shingles in Sept, followed by a kidney infection in October. Horrible! I started taking these again (two in the morning, two in the evening) while I had the kidney infection. My husband and two year old son got a horrible cold and cough, and my husband got bronchitis from it. The little one got ANOTHER cold. Since Ive been consistent with taking it, I have not gotten either cold. I also had a small shingles rupture on my finger this morning and took six pills today. It is now gone. (I have had shingles twice this year; Im a freak of nature.) Im now a real believer in this stuff. Seriously I am. And I dont believe in many herbal remedy type things. I take a vitamin and fish oil. And this stuff. The ingredients SEEM to work. And theyre not so weird -- lots of garlic, echinacea, astralagus ... stuff thats pretty commonly seen as immune boosters. I may not be a double-blind study, but I can swear that this stuff works -- at the very least to prevent upper respiratory infections.

This works. It stops colds and viruses from developing. Been using it for years. If you catch it fast enough you will not have to be sick.

I love this supplement. I’ve been taking it for at least 5 years at the first sign of feeling sick. Within two days I’m back to feeling great. Now I buy them for my family and friends!
