I have been buying these for years now and it is legitimately amazing how well they can work. I take them now periodically for maintenance (I already got the flu this year and it came on within 3 hours of contact coupled with access or opportunity to take any of the Wellness capsules) and if I feel like my liver needs some help. This is great for warding off cold symptoms or a full fledged cold. It has so many vitamins and minerals good for building immunity. Requires a high dose 6 capsules which I find hard to digest that many at once. I am 70 yrs old, so I just break down the dosage by taking 2 or 3 at a time more often with food. It works great. Keeps my colds minor. I do not take in between colds just when they start.

I stumbled upon this magical pills about a year ago, after looking through a lot of reviews and trying to find something to help my daughter, who at the time, had a performance and needed to get over her illness.
