Wellness formula rocks! I have a very active lifestyle/work life and I should be sick 10x over, but I truly believe that taking Wellness Formula as part of my daily supplement/vitamin intake has been a game changer. I trust this, especially during the winter when there is more flu and whatever else being passed around by the kids I work with. And in spite of taking so MUCH of it, when I know Ive been exposed to something, it does not upset my stomach or cause any other side effects.

I first got this product at my local co-op upon a friends recommendation. The bottle held big tablets, very strong smelling of garlic and olive. At the beginning of Quarantine, I was exposed to some coughing people at work and I did come down with a slight cough and low grade fever and this product seemed to really help kick whatever virus it was. (I did not get tested for C-19). I wanted to make sure I had extra on hand so I ordered these. I was surprised to see they were capsules, not tablets. The capsules are MUCH easier to swallow and do have a similar aroma to the tablets, but not as strong. It does makes me wonder if this is truly the same product or a counterfeit. You do need to take two capsules to equal one of the tablets. I have tried the capsules but its difficult to assess if they are truly as potent as the tablets I purchased from my co-op.

I always heal fast when I use this.

I realized, after about 1 month of taking it that my skin started breaking out out of nowhere, and i came to conclusion that it was it that was doing it. Because i added it to my arsenal of vitamins not knowing that it will not be safe for my acne-prone skin. I was right as I checked it contains soy, that alone can be triggering to acne prone skin people. So unfortunately, I wont continue to ingest it. I took about 4 pills a day 2 during the day and 2 in the pm on average. It may not do this to others but that was my experience unfortunately.

I start megadosing this a week to 10 days before travel and continue for a week after I return and have managed not to get sick from travel.

Won’t go through winter without it!

This is great for warding off cold symptoms or a full fledged cold. It has so many vitamins and minerals good for building immunity. Requires a high dose 6 capsules which I find hard to digest that many at once. I am 70 yrs old, so I just break down the dosage by taking 2 or 3 at a time more often with food. It works great. Keeps my colds minor. I do not take in between colds just when they start.

I have been using this product for over 15 years. At the first inclination where I feel a cold or sore throat coming on, I take 5 capsules to build up my immune system, then continue taking 5 capsules each day for the next few days. I dont say this will work for everyone, but for me, I have found either the cold never materializes or its gone in a couple days. Same for a sore throat. The important thing to remember is, one must take these capsules at the first sign of illness. Once youve been sick for a few days, I have found to start taking these capsules does not have the same positive effects as taking them before the illness sets in. I also use this product for immune system maintenance, taking 3-5 capsules once a week during the cold and flu season. I have been around people who seemed fine one day and the next day theyre sick with the flu, so they were contagious when I saw them. At this point, I take 3-5 capsules for the next few days. I did get the flu shot this year, and with these Wellness capsules, have managed to stay healthy. There is also a liquid version.
