Source Naturals Wellness Formula Bio-Aligned Vitamins & Herbal Defense for Immune System Support - Dietary Supplement & Immunity Booster - 120 Capsules

On another site (iherb) I discovered that there are 2 different products called Wellness Formula. Although they both say Herbal Defense Complex, the newer one is titled Wellness Formula, With Andrographis and Propolis Extract. It contains NO echinacea according to the label ingredients displayed. For the other one, it says: This is the original version of Wellness Formula with Echinacea. For the new version with more Andrographis Extract instead of Echinacea. When you go to the company site, there is no such information. I gave this 4 stars only because I had to give stars, and I do like the original product, but I assumed echinacea to be a key ingredient. If it is not included in this product, then I dont know if I want it. Its too much trouble for me to try to determine whether 175 mg andrographis and no echinacea is as effective for me as 100 mg. andrographis and 360 mg or 270 mg echinacea, so I would rather go with the product I am familiar with. I have written to Source Naturals about the problem, but amazon needs to show the accurate ingredients on its products. There is no way to know whether Wellness Formula sold by other sellers on amazon is the same as this one. Regarding the different labels, the reason you may be seeing different supplement information on various retailer websites is because they have not updated to the most current product label. I have been using this supplement for over 20 years. As soon as I feel like I am getting sick, I start taking the pills for a few days and most of the time, my symptoms disappear, and I dont get sick.

I trust this, especially during the winter when there is more flu and whatever else being passed around by the kids I work with. And in spite of taking so MUCH of it, when I know Ive been exposed to something, it does not upset my stomach or cause any other side effects.

Since I am not a pharmocotherapist I can only say that this Wellness formula works for me. It could be all in my mind or it could have ingredients that my body would responds to when I feel I am getting a cold coming on.

What is this manufacturer doing with this formula? Why does the pill bottle and the capsule bottle look exactly the same, but have different ingredients??? Are you trying to save money by taking less of Milligrams out? If so we are watching and you will lose long time customers. Get it together, stop this!

I bought these supplements on a whim the other day so I could get free shipping haha. Day after they arrive, I start to come down fast with a cold! The dosage is a bit high so I did 3 the first day to see how my tummy would react, then 9 the next day. Could have been the supplements + my immune system but I woke up the next day feeling normal! Thanks to my subconscious for getting a supplement that possibly curved away a cold. I thinks these are a great supplement to take every other few days to help keep the immune system strong - especially if you work around others.

On two separate occasions I have felt I was coming down with an infection. The first time was when my husband was very sick with cold and flu symptoms and I thought was getting it too. I started taking the Wellness Formula as directed and nipped it in the bud. The second time was this past week when my allergies were out of control. Once again the Wellness Formula lessened my allergy symptoms and I was able to go back to work without symptoms.
