This product has helped over the years with my recurrent bladder infections by reducing the pain quickly and also keeps ne from catching colds if I take extra at the first sign. The tablets taste horrible though. Lol

This is great for warding off cold symptoms or a full fledged cold. It has so many vitamins and minerals good for building immunity. Requires a high dose 6 capsules which I find hard to digest that many at once. I am 70 yrs old, so I just break down the dosage by taking 2 or 3 at a time more often with food. It works great. Keeps my colds minor. I do not take in between colds just when they start.

This product is a must have in our house to prevent colds and flu or to kick it out fast if it sneaks up on us. I bought these supplements on a whim the other day so I could get free shipping haha. Day after they arrive, I start to come down fast with a cold! The dosage is a bit high so I did 3 the first day to see how my tummy would react, then 9 the next day. Could have been the supplements + my immune system but I woke up the next day feeling normal! Thanks to my subconscious for getting a supplement that possibly curved away a cold. I thinks these are a great supplement to take every other few days to help keep the immune system strong - especially if you work around others.

A friend recommended this product, but after taking it, I kept burping up a gross taste all day. I don’t know if it’s helping or not, but the fact that the herbs and supplement taste, so disgusting burping it up, I won’t be taking any more. Plus, the pills are very large.

This product has greatly improved my immune system and been a lifesaver.
