I bought these supplements on a whim the other day so I could get free shipping haha. Day after they arrive, I start to come down fast with a cold! The dosage is a bit high so I did 3 the first day to see how my tummy would react, then 9 the next day. Could have been the supplements + my immune system but I woke up the next day feeling normal! I started using this after I got a slew of sicknesses earlier this year. I was hit with it all-- started with a cold, turned into a sinus infection, turned into bronchitis, then another sinus infection! April and May 2011 were consumed with sick for me. A friend of mine told me about Wellness Formula, so I started taking it to hopefully recover faster. (I was willing to try anything!) A serving size is 6 pills. When you see/smell these pills, swallowing 6 of them will appear impossible. I have yet to take 6 all at once. I just started taking one per day for a week, then two per day. I feel it really helped me recover from all my illnesses. Usually takes me a couple weeks to get over a sinus infection. After taking two per week I sprung back to life quicker than I ever have. Now I take one per day as a preventative, and if I feel icky I take two. Heres some tips: Take each pill with a FULL glass of water and some food. If you dont do this, expect to burp up a really gross flavor. (Ew.) If you feel the need to take the full dosage, I suggest spacing out the pills throughout the day! Your stomach might feel a bit upset at first, but this pill contains a lot of herbs and vitamins that most of us arent used to. Also, since starting to take this pill, Ive noticed my fingernails are much healthier, they grow like weeds, and never break. (Which is awesome if youre a girly girl like me! Ha.) Highly recommend!

Wellness Formula has always been effective for me at preventing sickness and alleviating it. However, there are a couple of things to keep in mind with this product: 1) Unlike the tablets, you will have to follow the doses. 1 capsule will not be enough for the desired effect. 2) These pills are acidic. If you have GERD or acid reflux, it will more than likely make it worse. Recommended for better health!

People asked how the formula had changed. I compared an old bottle I had, with Exp. 9/12, to a new one I just bought in April, 2016. This is great for warding off cold symptoms or a full fledged cold. It has so many vitamins and minerals good for building immunity. Requires a high dose 6 capsules which I find hard to digest that many at once. I am 70 yrs old, so I just break down the dosage by taking 2 or 3 at a time more often with food. It works great. Keeps my colds minor. I do not take in between colds just when they start.

On two separate occasions I have felt I was coming down with an infection. The first time was when my husband was very sick with cold and flu symptoms and I thought was getting it too.
