This item was an advice from my friend who is into only herbal healing. He recommended me this for quick recovery from that awful modern disease. I was well witting 3-5 days I drank the whole recommended course for those but honestly feel like I should have went longer to rebuild immune system better. Will definitely recommend to others as help for cough, cold and glue etc. Stay well and take care of your immune system.

This product has showed good signs of working. I started taking it to boost my immune system and I feel I dont get sick with cold or anything. If I feel a sore throat, It goes away next day. I dont get sick. I gave it to my Dad to strengthen his immune system because he would get sick every time he got the flu shot. So, I said to him to take the flu shots, he needs to have a strong immune system. Well, he started taking the pills two months before he got the vaccine and wallah, he didnt have a bad reaction. My brother started taking these capsules months before he got sick with COVID-19. Well, he didnt have the worse symptoms and he healed quicker, without any COVID prescriptions. I believe this Wellness Formula is wonderful and it protects you or prevents you from being sick for a longtime and with the worse symptoms, or you just dont get badly sick, if you get contagious.

On another site (iherb) I discovered that there are 2 different products called Wellness Formula. Although they both say Herbal Defense Complex, the newer one is titled Wellness Formula, With Andrographis and Propolis Extract. It contains NO echinacea according to the label ingredients displayed. For the other one, it says: This is the original version of Wellness Formula with Echinacea. For the new version with more Andrographis Extract instead of Echinacea. When you go to the company site, there is no such information. I gave this 4 stars only because I had to give stars, and I do like the original product, but I assumed echinacea to be a key ingredient. If it is not included in this product, then I dont know if I want it. Its too much trouble for me to try to determine whether 175 mg andrographis and no echinacea is as effective for me as 100 mg. andrographis and 360 mg or 270 mg echinacea, so I would rather go with the product I am familiar with. I have written to Source Naturals about the problem, but amazon needs to show the accurate ingredients on its products. There is no way to know whether Wellness Formula sold by other sellers on amazon is the same as this one. I used to get sick almost every month from working with children. Someone at work recommend this product and man has it made a difference in my life. I try to take one pill a day but often forget... Potent and effective and probably the best product made by Source Naturals. I believe this is the best herbal immune support product on the market. This stuff is truly amazing. Been using it for many years. Anytime I feel like I’m getting sick, this is my go to. I take the suggested 6 capsules every few hours and it either stops the illness or shortens it. Every so often I will take a few capsules for maintenance. It does have a slight garlic taste so I like to take it with juice. Nothing unbearable but they are a lot of pills to swallow and juice helps get them down easier. This is a medicine cabinet staple year round. Highly recommend this amazing supplement!

Yesterday I felt a cold coming on and felt pretty crumby. I started dosing myself with the Wellness formula and by the end of the day I was feeling better. Today I can tell I still have a cold but it feels like its on its way out rather than just beginning!!
