Dont like how cheap it feels. label doesnt print properly

While it worked, it was just what I needed. Then it would no longer connect reliably. It would drop connection being right next to it. Maybe there was a way to fix it, but it just wasnt worth the time. Moved on to a different brand.

Took some fiddling around to get a label format I liked and figure out how to connect it every time I want to print, but just looked to order more label tape, and find either “currently unavailable “ or a one to two month wait. Wish I had just ordered the Brother one. I may have to yet, and just write this off to a bad investment.

The printer itself was easy to use, and a great size. I chose this one after some research because it offered continuous printing. However, 3 weeks after purchasing, I tried to order refills of continuois white and continuous transparent and there was none to be found. Not even on other websites. Super frustrating. What good is a printer if you cant buy tape for it??

Nice small compact label printer. It was super fast & simple to install app and setup, took less then 5mins. The ability to adjust letter size width, color, font, or add pictures is super easy almost like using Microsoft Word. And printing take seconds. Only negative is charging cord is 3 long and the lights on top did not work. Those are the only reasons it didnt get 5☆s Otherwise it is great little machine.

My daughter was so excited to organize her closet once she had this. We are going to use it for all the school supplies as well. Easy to use and prints clear.

Got this printer to label my photo storage (also purchased on Amazon). I’ve used this little printer to label several other things as well (diff charging cables & closet bins). The app is easy to use. The quality of the stickers is great, ink doesn’t smudge, the cutting feature is sharp & works well. The printer will print longer labels & there isn’t a specific size. Plenty of battery usage before needing a recharge. Oh- and it’s easy to peel the backing off the label when you’re ready to apply it to your surface; no fighting with the label and trying to get your nail underneath the corner. The price point is more than what I wantes to spend, but considering you don’t need to buy ink (only paper refill) then I think it’s worth it.

Easy to use and practical. Labels look great and peeling the backing off the label is super easy!! No file folder goes unlabeled anymore in this home office (or ugly handwritten labels).

No matter how many times I tried, I could not get this label maker to print more than just a line of ink. After getting frustrated, I started the refund process but decided to request a replacement instead. A replacement was sent to me immediately (even before the first one was mailed back) and I could be more pleased. The first one was obviously defected and I am so happy with my new one. Customer service was top notch. Thank u so much!
