Label maker is adorable and easy to use but the tape doesnt stick well. I have tried sticking it on plastic and after a few minutes it starts lifting up. I have to keep pressing the tape to keep it stuck to surface.

Haven’t used it at all because no directions were included. How do l get them?

The app is not at all user friendly. I’ve been messing with it for hours and I still can’t convince the labels to look how I would like them to. Very frustrating. Update I have figured it out mostly. They even offered me a refund because I was unhappy.

Good portable printer for making labels!

Its so cool that i can use my own emojis or icons :) sometimes I wish the tape was bigger, but this really fits my purpose. I can format the text any way I want, size space or font. Love it

This little machine is great, it barely needs to be charged and for a blue tooth device it’s one of the easiest connecting devices I’ve ever dealt with. Getting used to the actual app and formatting is the only task that is a bit tedious, however its probably the ONLY drawback, its a tiny device that packs a punch for the ease of use (once you get a hang of the app). As per usual Amazon delivers on their valuable and inexpensive tools to make our lives just the tiniest bit easier.

I would like the tape that the packing label said was included with the labeler. That lowered my review score. Otherwise, its light and small and the software (although a bit klunky) worked.

Need to download and install app before you can use it. Requires we agree to their privacy policy, allowing them access to ALL our personal information despite restricting it through phone settings after installation. Said privacy policy is written in foreign language so we dont know to what extent this invasion of privacy is. Why??? Useless!!! Returning it.

Have a bunch of things to label. With the use of the app & this (charged) makes labels in a snap.

Comes with 2 thermal tape & cant buy refill so useless after run out
