I recently reviewed this product and while I was happy with how it worked once I got it and the app added to my phone, there were some difficulties in getting it added to my phone so it could be used. Suffice it to say, just follow the instructions for what kind of phone you have and stay far away from the QR codes. This company did wonderful outreach and took the time to listen to what happened to my phone and bank account and then to show how much it upset them that this happened to me they reimbursed me the monies I spent to get the label maker.. It’s so nice when a company is compassionate like that. So enjoy and happy label making!

For the life of me, i cannot get this thing to connect to my phone anymore. Support is terrible, dont waste your money.

Have a bunch of things to label. With the use of the app & this (charged) makes labels in a snap.

Easy to hold, set up, and use portable label maker. Various font styles and sizes easily accessed threw a download App provided with printer. I loved it so much I bought a 2nd for the office.

So far so good I am steel trying to find how to use others functions on it but I love it product

A great little label maker for busy moms that want to stay organized. Labeled bins, photo albums, kitchen containers. love it!

Works good ,sometimes prints a little wonky on the first one but overall has worked well.

When my machine couldnt connect to the Internet after receiving it, I chose to return it and send it again. The seller sent it the next day. I still couldnt connect to the Internet, so scanning the QR code in the manual was incorrect. I downloaded another app, which should be Search supvan directly in the app to use it correctly, thank the seller for fast delivery, very easy to use and great value

I like the small size and versatility but the instructions could really use a lot of work.
