This is such a great tool to have at home for different things I need to label. I have labels made from Etsy for my kitchen stuff, but these labels are great for my bathroom cabinet bins and then some. And what a nice touch - the more I scrolled through the app, the more options I found - i.e. fonts, tons of symbols, etc. So I created my template, and its super easy to duplicate that template and just change words and/or symbols to create an entire project of labels. Such a great purchase!

Easy to use, tape sticks well

This makes organizing very easy! I was a little confused on how to use it at first but with a youtube tutorial I was able to get it in no problem

The app keeps reporting “End Of Paper” and will not rewind the paper with the double click feature. Very disappointed in product; however, the company offered me a refund for the label maker! Satisfied with that!!

I never give reviews even bad ones but this product is a total flop. The directions are vague right out of the box it never worked, and I can’t seem to find a way to troubleshoot it. It wont charge and it wont turn on. Don’t waste your money!!

So far its been printing well. I needed it to label cables after all, so quality is not of primary importance. However, I dont like that I need to create an account with the company to save templates and the label size I am using. Without an account, you need to redefine every time! Also, I cannot understand why it needs the location services un order to connect to the printer. No location, no connection. Its a pity because overall it could be a great budget solution.

Need to download and install app before you can use it. Requires we agree to their privacy policy, allowing them access to ALL our personal information despite restricting it through phone settings after installation. Said privacy policy is written in foreign language so we dont know to what extent this invasion of privacy is. Why??? Useless!!! Returning it.

So easy to use! Made labeling school supplies a breeze! Prints quickly and nice!

Chinese app required to print labels. It only works if you give all permissions to from your phone to them.
